Pros:

Liked the newer refresh of the rooms.however, if you took the trouble to gusty up the lavatory get a right height white toilet. Also the tiles in the shower need new grouping and kill the black mold. The tub plug...remove it and get a rubber replacement.
A towel hook is needed in the bathroom.
A luggage rack is needed.
Removing the side chair would be a good idea...too cramped.
The worst ....the hvac unit noisy.
Smelly odor...smelled like a cat scent...figured it out in the am.

Excellent. Quiet. Convenient and good price
Pros:

Convenient location. Even walking or very short drive to stores. Ideal if visiting hospitals. Rooms spotless and very nice pool. Staff exceptionally helpful. Back side rooms - 417 side quietest - you don’t hear highway traffic!

Cons:

Maybe some coffee in the lobby.

A good cheaper option for stay in Ottawa
Pros:

It's location is very good. It's on the highway with 10-15 minutes drive to parliament hill. Overall, it's a good place to stay in Ottawa if you are looking for a budget friendly place. Lots of parking available and a gas station next to it.

Cons:

Building is old and not gives the luxury look.

Pros:

Good location, excellent food at restaurant.

Cons:

The bed was very soft, air conditioning was very loud, luckily outside was cool, and opened windows to sleep.

Restaurant has very good food but had incredibly loud music.

Been there 4 times before, next time will probably go elsewhere.
