Some rooms had comfortable beds
Cons:
Repeated cleanliness issues: stains, crumbs, hairs, and reported water bugs

Noise and disturbances from other guests; occasional rude front-desk interactions

Categories

Cleanliness
3.5
Multiple reviews report stains on sheets and duvets, crumbs and hairs, cigarette burns, visible dirt, and even water bugs — cleanliness is a clear negative.
Service
8.5
Several guests praise friendly and accommodating staff (named Kevin, helpful front desk, upgrades), though isolated reports of rude staff exist; overall service is a relative strength.
Location
9
Consistently noted as convenient: walking distance to restaurants and amenities, ample parking — location is frequently cited as excellent for the price.
Room Quality
3
Numerous reports of dated, worn or broken furniture, old mattresses with springs and cavities, stained carpets, faulty toilets and AC — room quality is poor.
Amenities
6.5
Mixed reports: some amenities (parking, basic breakfast) available, but fridge/coffee machine often broken, gym/laundry issues and no hot-to-go coffee; amenities are average to below average.
Value for Money
7.5
Many call it a cheap budget option and acceptable for a one-night stay; given the low price some guests feel it is reasonable despite shortcomings.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Breakfast is described as minimal and disappointing by several guests (no hot coffee at times), though complimentary breakfast is appreciated by others.
Overall Experience
5.9
Mixed to negative overall: a number of guests report seriously disappointing stays with major issues, while others found staff and location redeeming; overall experience is below average.

Pros:

Lots of the building smell like it has several guests who are smoking on the premises. There are cigarette burns on the bathroom sink and counter.. A bit disappointing. Beds are very comfortable.
Lots of spaces where we could walk our dog.

Pros:

It's a fairly cheap budget hotel. If you just need a place to sleep for the night, it's fine, just don't expect too much. The staff were nice, there's plenty of places nearby to grab food, but it's certainly not the nicest area for late night walks.

The hotel itself is dated and dingy, thin towels, old mattresses and pillows.

Would definitely not choose this hotel again.

Fridge, coffee machine, and lamps didn’t work. Shower was stained yellow, water smelt a bit like sewer from the tap in the bathroom. Breakfast was lazy and not a lot of options. The Beds were good and comfy, room was clean. Staff were nice.
