Pros:

War insgesamt gut, nichts wirklich schlechtes auszusetzen. Nur für ein 5 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mir mehr erwartet.

Cons:

Zimmer/Badezimmer war etwas dunkel.

Perfecta ubicación y excelente relación calidad/precio.
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en el centro de Chicago. Es un edificio antiguo con solera perfectamente restaurado y modernizado, pero con el toque chic perfecto. La habitación era enorme con dos camas king size y un bajo gigantesco con dos lavabos y una bañera enorme. Daba a una calle posterior sin tráfico, por lo que había silencia absoluto.

Cons:

El acceso a la habitación se hacía subiendo en ascensor y después había que bajar un pequeño tramo de escaleras.

The hotel was a great value and perfect for our stay in the city.
Pros:

I loved the location and the staff was phenomenal.

Cons:

The only thing that disappointed me was that we did not have a room with any view. I was unaware that the room layout we chose did not offer rooms with a view of the city.

Pros:

Showtime was phenomenal! He knew great places to go for dinner and walked us through different options. Al was also great at check in and gave us chocolates, wine, and an anniversary card. They made our wedding anniversary exceptional!

SI NECESITAS UNA FACTURA, NI SE TE OCURRA RESERVAR ESTE HOTEL. TE ARrUINARÁN LA ESTANCIA.
Pros:

El hotel no estaba mal pero necesitaba una factura para que la compañía aérea me devolviera el dinero de haber perdido un día de estancia y jamás consintieron darme esa factura aún estar obligado a ello, por la ley de los USA.
Han pasado ya semana desde mi estancia y aún sigo peleando para que me la envíen. No sé qué problema tienen. Han hecho que, en vez de disfrutar de mis vacaciones, esté todo el día pensando en cómo denunciarles para que me la envíen.

Cons:

En la parte administrativa, este hotel es una pura vergüenza. Están obligados a darte factura y te la niegan. Es lo más ridículo en todos los hoteles que he estado en los USA, que son muchos.

we had a beautiful stay at the Hilton vacation club. The location was perfect. One block from the train and just a few blocks to the beach. Easy to get in wonderful room very clean a beautiful restaurant downstairs.
