Had an amazing and fun time!
Pros:

Great area, lots to do around it. Room was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Cons:

Favorite Hotel for Downtown Stays
Pros:

Welcoming staff, easy check-in, valet service, room with sofa, comfortable bed extra blanket, late checkout available.Easy access to public transportation and local entertainment venues. Look forward to future stays.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Large room with large window. You could hear some traffic noise, but you are in downtown Chicago, so it's to be expected. Location was great, we walked to the museum campus, the Chicago Institute of Art and "the bean". Hotel is in printer's row, great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and small shops in walking distance too!

Cons:

Room was a little warm even with the cool weather and the thermostat set at 60. Restaurant closed early.

Very nice stay in downtown, easy access to transit.
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable. Decent location- easy to get around from there. Staff was friendly and accommodating- concierge by text was easy to use.

Cons:

Room was very dark- especially the entrance way. Maybe just bad luck, but there was no hand or body soap in the room. I got some delivered by the staff though.

Wonderful time.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Couldn’t the more helpful. Had a lovely homely feel and very comfortable rooms with good space.
Nice places to eat around.
Near to the red line underground.
Complimentary coffee until 11 am.
Lots of history and vibe in the area
Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
