I had warned you. The travel agency had called you to let you know about my late arrival, and supposedly the manager had said "no problem".*
*And that there was night staff.*

I got it very clearly that I was a bother here.

She was yelling at everyone and speaking to them rudely,
employees
and customers included, including me...
I stayed calm, but other people would have reacted differently.
I remained polite and didn’t say anything, but
other people would have reacted differently to being insulted like that, literally.

I was very patient, but I could clearly see that I wasn’t the only one waiting for the smallest things. There is clearly a lack of organization in the whole team.
A lack of motivation.
She spoke to me like I was a dog, like shit.
It’s unacceptable.
She has no patience, and I had to negotiate just to get back a cable I had forgotten in my bag that was in the luggage storage.
She said, “No, you’re going to book your own taxi,” and it was so complicated just to move my 2 bags to my new
room that I absolutely had to put them in luggage storage right away.
They are illiterate and don’t even know how to write a number correctly! We agree, what is that, an 8, a 0!
But no, of course she had to yell at me, and I’m not joking, she really did yell at me, literally.
The bar hours are not clear at all, and on top of that, if it’s to get yelled at, I didn’t even try.
We’re not in the army here: no, wake up, this is a hotel where you’re supposed to welcome customers and even try to get them to buy drinks, breakfast.
Failed. I went to have my breakfasts and drinks at the bar next door.

The only and single positive point is the location near the airport.
I wasn’t even allowed to get other clothes or a toothbrush because of that rude person.
It’s a shame, there’s a nice lake, a museum nearby. There was something more interesting to do .

Terrible experience with the airport shuttle - long wait and had to take uber

nice view over the airport with planes landing on the lake

Cons:

broken window in my room, no transfer from the airport despire multiple calls and confirmation messages the bus never come. I waited for an hour and had top pay 40$ for an uber. The receptionist said she did not know about thesituation. I have several messages from the reception saying the bus would come. I could not use the transfer to the center either.

Pros:

airport shuttle and the attached restaurant served really nice food. restaurant staff were great.

Cons:

room was small, carpet needs replacing, small bed and our room really noisy with upstairs traffic. If you ate not staying to stop over before a flight maybe stay downtown.
Bathroom amenities sparse.

Long Shuttle Wait and Tired Rooms
Pros:

First impressions matter, and unfortunately ours wasn’t a great one. The airport shuttle is shared with a nearby parking lot, and we ended up waiting about 45 minutes to be picked up.

The lobby has a nice, open feel with an attractive staircase leading down from the second floor. However, there’s no elevator, so if your room is on the upper level or you’re staying in a suite, be prepared to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.

When we entered the room, there was a noticeable musty odor. There were several holes in the walls where items had apparently been mounted previously, including a fairly large hole between the beds. The room also didn’t match the photos in the listing (see the pictures I posted).

The bathroom was probably the cleanest part of the room. That said, the shower/tub drain wasn’t working properly at first and drained very slowly.

The hotel has an attached restaurant and bar, but it was fairly average. The menu consisted mostly of burgers and a handful of other standard dishes.

Suited our needs for this trip to get p get people to the airport on time.
Pros:

They were able to keep our fish in the freezer and the restaruant was very good for food quality.
Staff were overwhelmed. The gym was pretty good.

An enjoyable one night stay with friendly staff and a comfortable room. The shuttle bus to the airport was a real bonus.
Pros:

Lovely lakeside location, not as noisy as expected which was good. A spacious and clean room with good facilities.

Cons:

There is no lift so not easy to get heavy cases up to room. (There was a Porter available on one occasion but not always).

Enjoyable stay with a very comfortable room, excellent food and a convenient location.
Pros:

The airport shuttle was very convenient when we left. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, The food in the attached pub was excellent. We were particularly pleased by the option of a buffet breakfast (we don't eat eggs, so there's not much we can eat on a standard breakfast menu). I understand the buffet is not always available, though.

Convenient location for our float plane trip with Rust's in the morning.

Cons:

Only slight issue is lack of an elevator, we had quite a lot of luggage as we were on a 4 week holiday,
