Aircon issue but realised too late so slept with balcony door open. Need hooks outside of shower for towels. Shower was also dark so extra light would be useful.
The staff were amazing
My room was down graded due to apparently another person booking at same time however The cave didn’t make me aware of this until 9.30pm the night before we were due to arrive even though I had booked 3 days earlier so it was impossible for me to find an alternative hotel. The spa is quite small and the computer system used to order drinks wasn’t working so we had to go outside of spa to order drinks, room service wasn’t exactly quick and we also had to wait quite a long time for that also, disappointed at the cost and although all staff members were lovely they seemed understaffed as everything took so long even check in we waited over 45 minutes to be checked in
The décor and overall property were absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, without a doubt one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in! The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed dining at the Korean Cowgirl restaurant, which was fantastic, and the breakfast was equally delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
The spa facilities were pleasant, although they were somewhat smaller than anticipated.

The staff were incredible and friendly, the facilities were amazing, the room was to an exceptional standard. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.
This hotel is amazing you feel really relaxed as soon as you walk through the door and the welcoming drink was a really nice touch Alex on reception was really helpful and so professional
The food in the fire pit was not as hot as I would of thought temperature wise that saying it wasn’t cold and the portions size was a bit on the small size for starters but the flavours and detail was top notch
