The overall location is great and the staff were great as well..............very accommodating. Bed was comfortable (7/10).
The room, as soon as i walked into it, smelled of stagnant cigarette smoke.........very bad. The heat in the room was so high that it took turning on the A/C on high for 3 hours to cool it off and it also helped get rid of the cigarette smell. The bathroom had a hole in the floor that was visible from under the toilet, the wall in the shower/bath tub had very visible repairs done to it (Looked recent). Only 2 towels were given.........no face cloth or hand towel(s). The roll of toilet paper in the bathroom was 75% used and only one additional roll supplied. Toilet seat was completely loose.

Parking lot area was a little bit unclean and people who were not staying at the hotel were hanging around near the entrances/exits.
Was in central location so shops/restaurants were very close by
Was lots of outside noise, ie:car honking, exit door was loud - lots of door slamming from other patrons, didn’t feel comfortable opening up curtains because of the vagrants in parking lot at times, so was very dark in room.

Small couch in room was terrible…..sunk into it and hard to get out.
No washcloths in bathroom.

I had an adjoining room, who thought they were entitled to my room and tried coming in, at 1am, then they started fighting when I shut the door on them, I was not able to sleep out of fear of what would happen next... mold and mildew was around the sink and shower,as well as the a/c and walls in bathroom
