Good for a one night stay!
Very loud window AC unit that didnt help much. Room is old and has a dirty feel to it.
I loved the pool
Wifi wasn’t working properly.
Location was good..room was mediocre..walls were bubbling with either paint or peeling wallpaper..
No fan in bathroom which was awful because it was 30 degrees and humid outside
Seemed run down with peeling paint and peeling trim..
That if was close to the mall and if has a breakfast and lunch dinner and close to Boston pizza and Jack astros and many more.
The pool was not open and there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage far.
On the main floor and walk outside from patio
The people that where parting tell 2 or 3 am out side at my patio door and staff did nothing about it
Even though our room was half way through a renovation it was clean and the staff was excellent

Receptionist ciuld not find my booking for 15 min. He gave me dirtty room with garbage in all baskets, dirty bedding and towels with heirs. No AC
The hotel advertises a pool on its website, but it’s not true. We chose the hotel because of the pool, since we wanted to spend time with the kids. When we arrived, they told us the pool was closed and they didn’t know when it would reopen. They should have posted that information before guests made their reservations. The second issue was that during the night, there were some rooms with drunk guests playing very loud music, and they kept us awake. The place is not suitable for children.
