Отличное местоположение, аутентичность и атмосфера отеля. Хороший бар.
Номер очень уставший, граница между аутентичностью и буквальной старостью с сильным перекосом ко второму. В номере темно, ванная комната оформлена в жутком красном стиле и очень тесная - на третий день уже очень начинает напрягать. Косметика вся старая в ванной, с запахом нафталина. Матрас продавлен, спать нереально. Попросили заменить - вместо этого попытались что то подложить🤷🏻 это никак ситуации не помогло. В номере люксе спать полусидя из за глубокой ложбине в матрасе - так себе опыт.
В общем: отель с историей, но явно пора делать реновацию, причем на 100%. Соседний Danieli был посвежее, но его в настоящий момент полностью перестраивают.

Das Frühstück war früher vielfältiger. Ich finde es schon etwas überzogen bei Zimmerpreisen von über € 700,— für Spiegeleier etc. nochmals zur Kasse gebeten wetden
Die Preise in der Bar sind total überzogen.
Wir kommen seit 20 Jahren in dieses Hotel und glauben jetzt werden wir uns etwas Neues suchen!

Lovely apple cake on one day for breakfast...
Except for apple cake, breakfast was acceptable but not memorable - and no arugula salad [one of my favorite things about Italian breakfast buffet]...
I absolute loved it.
Breakfast could do with a few more warm options.

Vue sur le jardin ???? Vue sur les climatiseurs plutôt et bien sûr qui font du bruit toute la nuit !!!! C’est vraiment détestable
This is a wonderful hotel
This is the most exceptional hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Firstly, everything worked. And in Venice, even in a 5 star hotel, you can’t assume that to always be the case. The showers had heaps of pressure and heaps of hot water. The toilets flushed powerfully. The power points worked, as did the tv and air conditioning. The beds were so comfortable I slept through the night for the first time in years.
I truly appreciated the love and attention that the owner lavishes on her property. It is immaculate. This is part art gallery, part home,part hotel. I “get” it and love it. Bravo Madame!
