Amazing experience
Pros:

The personnel was lovely and the room was just as shown in the pictures maybe even better. The spa was perfect and as someone from Finland the sauna was also good. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Not many gluten-free options.

Beautiful, stunning in the heart of Paris

Cons:

During our stay the fire alarm went off and woke us all up at 6am and had to evacuate. It was not ideal but the issue was quickly resolved and we were all up by 6.45am. We hope the issue was fixed and we will be coming back over and over again because Balzac is the best hotel in Paris
