Everything was great just the housekeeping is weak I service
Pros:

The hotel is really nice as a boutique hotel, looks fresh and well renovated. The material used is great such as walls , bathrooms , floorings. The front desk and stuff in the ground is all well mannered and very presentable to guests BUT

Cons:

The house keeping is very weak, and the cleaning isn’t up to standard . I could have told them but since all day we are out just come to refresh , I never seen refreshing towels, refreshing water has never been filled or provided unless I request. Or even remove and dirt from room, papers leftover. And the turndown service has been done very poorly.

I would take this hotel very nice with all aspects and the only downside side is the house keeping and if requested something it could be very cold and slow.

I am very disappointed with my experience.
After checking out, I was charged for items from the minibar that I did not use. Even more surprisingly, the charges included alcoholic beverages. I am pregnant and do not drink alcohol, so these charges are simply impossible.
I expected a hotel of this level to verify minibar consumption carefully before charging guests. Being billed for something I did not consume is unacceptable and has left a very negative impression of my stay.
I hope the hotel reviews this mistake, refunds the incorrect charges, and improves its procedures to prevent this from happening to other guests.
