Beautiful experience. Miss Giuliana thank you so much for your kindness. See you soon
A definite must to stay here, from the front desk to the bell hops to the bartenders/servers. Top Knotch customer service. Hotel is beautiful and right in the middle of it all. View of the duomo right from your window. Will definitely stay here again. Madelin- niccolo absolutely wonderful employees that go over and beyond.
This has probably been the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Europe. The service was amazing, the staff was super kind and helpful, they even tidied up the room while we were having dinner in the restaurant below the hotel. We had an amazing stay at this hotel and after some shopping and museums we also dined at the hotel which is worthy of a mention in the Michelin Guide. Thank you very much and we will be definitely coming back in the future.
Unbeatable location. Well maintained. Mostly friendly staff. Got a good deal, relative to other times of year, but still pricey.
This hotel is near everything you want to see and do in Florence and it includes an architectural feature, the Torre della Pagliazza, the oldest surviving tower in the historic center of Florence where you can visit an ancient Roman bath that has been preserved for your viewing if you ask. Given that the hotel is in the oldest part of the city you have to expect smaller rooms, but the ambiance and convenience to everything more than makes up for this. The breakfast included in our package was absolutely wonderful, and gave us a great start to our day of touring this beautiful city.
It was very beautiful, wonderful location and excellent staff.
There is a nuance with the AC. Pay close attention to the instructions given at check in. Unfortunately, I was very tired at check in and missed it and woke up sweating because the AC was off. Technically, my fault though.
Absolutely fabulous hotel in a great location. The Staff was top notch, making our visit comfortable & enjoyable in every way. There is quite simply nothing that could have been done better! One of the very best hotel experiences we've ever had, particularly among international destinations.
Excellent staff
Great location in historic building.
The Brunelleschi is a beautiful, welcoming hotel with wonderful staff, excellent rooms and decor, and it’s in an outstanding position, perfect for exploring Florence. The buffet breakfast was excellent quality. Our room was maintained perfectly and the hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. The bedding was really comfortable and the in-room air conditioning was very effective, with great sound insulation from the hubbub of the city outside, so we slept well every night.
Location was perfect and very central to everything. I exceptional staff service and friendliness. Decor was very good. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff on duty in the breakfast room.
Nothing
In our opinion, this is the finest hotel in Florence and an exceptional choice for anyone visiting the city. Its central location provides convenient access to all of Florence’s major attractions, restaurants, and cultural landmarks (with views of the Duomo).
Upon arrival, we experienced an issue with our suite. However, the hotel’s management team (Marco) responded promptly and professionally, providing us with a temporary room and upgrading us to their best suite the following day as a gesture of goodwill. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was truly impressive.
The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, while the concierge team (particularly Raphael) consistently went above and beyond. They secured reservations at highly sought-after restaurants and museums and even arranged last-minute car service transportation when our departing train to Venice was significantly delayed.
The accommodations were equally impressive. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, tastefully decorated, brightly lit, and impeccably maintained. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Florence. By the end of our visit, it felt less like a hotel and more like a home away from home, it was truly tough to leave.
Excellent location, wonderful service and the most amazing breakfast.
Everything was perfect.
Excellent service at the front desk. They will make all your restaurant reservations for you. Good quality luxury experience. Very central location. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, which was complementary with our room.
A beautiful building which despite its renovations has kept its old world charm
The decor was tasteful, location was extremely convenient, and it was able to keep secluded
It was hard to find at first but then it was simple
Room was amazing. The Hotel and the staff were super accommodating to all our requests from a room with a view to a late checkout. There is a reason we came back and will keep coming back. Thank you all Brunelleschi staff (day shift and night shift). Till next time.
This hotel exceeded expectations in all areas. From the extra efforts made by the concierge, to the housekeeping staff who made up and cleaned our room so neatly.
The location was in the middle of all the fun, but secluded enough to be peaceful. The noise level was low considering we were in the middle of it all.
Everywhere had a professional, but welcoming atmosphere with beautifully curated decor. Cleanliness is in their culture as well.
Our room was gorgeous with a view of the square. It had a spacious living room and an incredible bathroom!
This is a definite repeat. The value met the level of perfection met here.
Our stay at Hotel Brunelleschi was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The location could not have been better—right in the heart of Florence, yet remarkably quiet and peaceful at night.
The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Diana and Sergio, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly appreciated.
The breakfast each morning was outstanding. The breakfast staff welcomed us warmly every day, and it quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The variety, quality, and service were excellent.
What we loved most was how the hotel allowed us to experience Florence. We could step outside and be within walking distance of the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, the Ponte Vecchio, wonderful restaurants, and countless hidden corners of the city.
The views were beautiful, the accommodations were comfortable, and the atmosphere was elegant while still feeling warm and welcoming.
This is a LOVELY hotel. The staff were amazing - courteous and efficient while being warm and friendly.
A beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence with everything within walking distance. The staff was so warm and attentive to your every need right down to the room service. The breakfast is included with such an impressive spread of delicious foods. The bar, as well, is a delight to visit. Would love to visit again!
