Not up to par
Pros:

Our room was clean.

Cons:

We've stayed at a lot of Fairfields and this one fell short in a lot of ways. For the price, it just wasn't all that great.

I will never return to this hotel.
Pros:

The location worked for us as it was within 20 minutes of all the attractions we planned on going to. And many restaurants close by.

Cons:

The service was very bad. Your employees at the front desk are always on their personal phones. The phone in our room didn't work. It was replaced twice, then staff member determined that the problem for phone not working was in the wall. Asked for towels before we left in morning and when we returned after dinner, we had no towels. The person cleaning the breakfast area used the same dirty cloth from cleaning the tables, to also wipe down the paper cups. Then with same towels cleaned the inside of the dispensing machines. Not sanitary! Two mornings there was no paper plates. Knocked on the door many times, but the girl didn't hear me as she was listening to music. I just opened the door and went in to tell her about the plates. Felt that some of the employees had pride in their job, others didn't.

Adequate for one night.
Pros:

Good complimentary breakfast, except they ran out of paper plates.

Cons:

Double beds. Too small for 2 people.

Good location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was good. Room was small, but cozy. Staff were very helpful. Continental breakfast was good.

Cons:

For the price you’d think the rooms would have a little better amenities. Seemed a little pricy for what was in the rooms. Walls were also paper thin. Made it hard to sleep.

Great and comfortable hotel
Pros:

The coffee, cookies and breakfast makes it easy to getup and go to the airport and also afforded a fun snack in the evening. I also enjoyed the little gym. I prefer a small hotel over a large one.

Cons:

I thought I would be able to walk to the airport because the name indicated it was at the airport. I had to keep my car for an extra day and it cost me over $250! Now I will know better to check the distances or not assume there is a shuttle service.
