For the one night we stayed, it was more than adequate in spite of renovation construction.
Pros:

The location. The price. The breakfast and the personnel.

Cons:

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so it wasn't up to par, but we didn't expect it to be under the circumstances.

A clean, comfortable option in the heart of Scottsdale
Pros:

They provided a good breakfast with decent options. And the location was very convenient for getting around the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Cons:

While we were there the facility was being remodeled so water was turned off for a number of hours in the middle of the day.

A room that was perfect for the whole family.
Pros:

The ground floor rooms that face the pool have a secondary exit to the courtyard and pool area. This was super convenient and made the stay one of my top 10 hotel stays ever.

Cons:

The shower could be hotter, but there was construction going on while we were there, so it’s understandable.

This was the worst hotel stay I have had in my entire life.
No working ice maker on the third floor, (I had knee surgery and needed ice) no toilet paper holder, no towel racks, no racks for shampoo in the shower, (I could not reach the floor due to my knee surgery) way too soft beds, hot hallways, hot in the breakfast room, no juice at breakfast, workers kept propping the door open to do the trash and leaving it open. No freezer(I needed to keep ice frozen)No microwave and coffee maker. (I saw coffee cups on the cart so I know some people had coffee makers)
(The construction was no issue since we were there on a Saturday am)

Pros:

Rooms are clean, Breakfast is nice, excellent coffee ( my favorite costa coffee)

Cons:

Just not a fan of the construction going on.
They do make you you aware of it and it's only during the day

The beds where comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom had mold spots on ceiling and also dirty shower head we also had to walk through a construction area to get to our room and the breakfast was a little over cooked the eggs where all stuck to one another
