Have stayed here many times. This time was my wife and daughter for an overnight treat. As always impeccable rooms and exceedingly professional staff who looked after them during the stay. Going the extra mile to deliver a supprise from myself to the room whilst they were out for there return.

Room was comfortable - good shower. Air con adequate. Quiet. Chose as was an independent hotel not a chain.
Room view was the back of a large tank. Was not told on booking that the breakfast lounge was being refurbished and not in use. However the hotel did lay on a simple - pastry/bread roll - yoghurt & coffee if that is what you like or can eat ( i eat neither of these) No toilet facilitates in the lobby bar area to use.

What a fabulous hotel, right at the most exciting part of London city, we could walk to our show at The London Palladium, the bars, restaurants and great pubs are all close by. We will definitely stay again. Wonderful staff, and thank goodness the air con was working perfectly as outside it was 40ºC and in our room a wonderful 19ºC.

The staff was great, mainly the front office manager.
The size of the initial room booked was extremely small, but they managed to give us a better room.

Great location, the hotel looks recently renovated. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed.
Hotel was small and charming. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed for renovation and to make up for it, they had a complimentary continental breakfast in the lobby which was quite lovely. We loved being able to go downstairs for a coffee and pastry!
This is typical for Europe but the rooms are very small. We had a lot of luggage in preparation for a transatlantic crossing and there was precious little space to open our suitcases.

The hotel is extremely well located. Walking distance from many main turístico sites and tube stations.
Rooms were extremely small, barely fit 1 person with 1 bag. No ok for family travel with kids.
The location is fantastic, and the room is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly, and the complimentary daily bottled water is one of those thoughtful touches that makes the stay even more enjoyable.
Beyond the rooms, there isn't much to the hotel facilities. While the rooms are modern and well-maintained, the shared areas feel dated, especially for the price.
