Convenient and clean
Pros:

Location perfect for Metro and the Waterfront for cruise and sea-plane connections.

Cons:

While the room itself was clean the bedding towel, etc., toiletries were all great. The rooms themselves are dated and the carpet and curtains did not look clean.

Convenient location to cruise port, clean rooms but pool was freezing cold and hot tub jets were broken.

Location was convienent and hotel was clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The indoor pool was freezing cold and the hot tub keys were not functional. Overall the hotel needs updated and was grossly overpriced during our stay.

Tolles Frühstück inklusive. Schönes Restaurant mit Aussenbereich. Nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Waterfront entfernt. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Fijn mooi groot hotel vlak aan t water in rustige wijk
Pros:

Mooie kamer , uitzicht vanaf de 16 de verdieping en een tasje met wat lekkers stond klaar. Goede bedden en we kregen op verzoek een waterkoker om thee te zetten

Cons:

Jammer was als je met 4pp op de kamer slaapt er maar 2 stoelen staan om te zitten, ook was de douchekraan behoorlijk onhandig

Easy walk with cases to Canada Place
Pros:

We walked to Canada place with cases for cruise after stay. Easy walk. Loved the city city lights and views. Great restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

I wanted some stamps, reception seemed suprised I asked them. Would be good since they sell postcards. Chalked that up to culture differences. we found it hard to get staps from anywhere but a post office while in ALaska and Canada. Hotel was great though no issues there,

Eigentlich ein sehr nettes Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gut gelegen.

Cons:

Wir waren im 18. Stock untergebracht. Auf dem Dach, 2 Etagen über uns, muss die Außeneinheit der Klimaanlage stehen, weswegen in dem Zimmer eine dauerhafte Lärmkulisse vorherrschte. Das Ausschalten der eigenen Klimaanlage hat an diesem Geräusch nichts geändert.

Nous avons réservé une suite avec balcon : aucune chaise sur le balcon : on a demandé et n’avons pas eu de retour de notre demande
La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas : aucun café disponible avant 7h AM
Salle de bain mal équipée : pas de verre
Lavabo de salle de bain ; robinet qui ‘dégoûte’
Robe de chambre vieille et de taille ‘enfant ‘ jamais vu des robes de chambre de cette catégorie dans une suite laquelle on a payé le prix !
