It was a great location for us to go the cruise terminal
Very busy area
Beautiful property, great location, restaurants was a little pricey in my opinion.
Thankfully I don't need ADA access but this is not a property for someone that does need it.
The location was great. Restaurant was lovely and food tasty.
Balcony wasn't usable, bit redundant.
Great location & gym
A little tired & noise travels between rooms - though believe renovations are to start soon
The view was amazing!! To be able to open the windows and look out in the separate, enclosed balcony area was great. The location was perfect!
The carpet needs to be updated in the rooms, but it was still a good stay.
Het vriendelijke personeel. Vooral Danny! Wat een service en vriendelijkheid. We voelden ons welkom en veilig onder zijn hoede :-)
Very close to most attractions. Great bar in the lobby bartenders very friendly and efficient.
Parking was a pain.
La ubicación del hotel es estupenda, desde ahí se ve los hidroaviones y tiene una vista espectacular al Stanley Park
Todo me gusto
Convenient location for downtown.
Very noisy a/c which seemed to have off and loud as its only setting.
Very small towels.
Pool rather cold.
There was a place to charge our phone in the lobby.
The room was supposed to be ready by 3–they pushed it till 4 “because we are so busy.” Everyone on staff was rude (except for Anthony at check in who took one look at my cane and got us our room early.) Guest services was particularly hostile. The beds were small, very lumpy and uncomfortable and something in the room set off allergy skin symptoms in all of us-hives on my son. Glad I had Benadryl. The first night there was no hot water! Guest services said they were “working on it” through the whole hotel and would call me when it was back on. They never did so we had to wait till the next day for a shower! The room was old, rusty, with very slow internet connections, few plugs and terrible lighting. All this for nearly $800! No thanks.
The dining room, view from our room, size of our room, very comfortable bed.
Porter service. We had a lot of heavy bags and would have appreciated help to and from our room.
The location is excellent and our room was ready when we arrived after getting off our ship. Although the sound between rooms and from the ballroom is extremely noticeable on floor 2 because of the graduation party, the front desk was quick to move us to a better location that provided a quiet environment in order to sleep. The hotel is very well maintained and clean and the staff was extremely kind and gracious and willing to help out!
The hotel hosted a graduation party that evening and the music was so incredibly loud that we could hear it clearly in our room. When I called down to the front desk they said the party would continue to close to midnight. When I informed the front desk that the noise was excessive they moved us to the 14th floor. Although that was not ideal as we had already gotten ready for bed, it was handled as quickly and efficiently as possible and I did appreciate the response to move us.
Comfortable room, fairly clean
Tried to take a bath in the evening and had cold bath water cause the taps couldnt get hot on even the highest setting. Customer service when asking for disposable cutlery at the service desk and bar were pretty rude.
Great location, view, comfortable beds/pillows. Easy walk to Stanley Park to rent an e-bike, Gastown, and Canada Place to catch the bus to Capilano. Helpful front desk staff: offering discounts on activities (still found Booking to have the best price) and helping us find doctors/pharmacy. Restaurant was OUTSTANDING. Thanks for the discount lunch coupons because he went back for cocktails and breakfast because it was so bright and sunny, food was good and the wait staff was so professional and personable.
N/A.
Lovely hotel with large rooms overlooking the harbour. All seemed very efficiently run. Lovely food in the bistro at lunch and evening. Great location near to cruise port. Very cheerful waiter Pavel, in the bistro - was exceptionally helpful.
The bistro was very noisy in the evening.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was easy to access. Restaurant was bright and cheerful with fresh, well-prepared food that exceeded my expectations. The wait staff were friendly and the food was delicious. The hotel was just a block from the water with a comfortable park for both bicyclers and pedestrians as well as benches to just sit and enjoy the view. Interesting shops and food trucks were a short walk away, and the water-airplane tour service was readily available as well as a few cruise ships that were docked nearby. We enjoyed a good weather day, perfect for enjoying the outside.
I had hoped for a room with a view of the water, although I did not specify that in my reservation request. So, that was on me. There were a few sketchy looking characters on the streets (common in any large city), and I noted a (? residential) mental health facility nearby that gave me pause.
