Good value and excellent location
Pros:

Location is excellent—it’s an easy 10 minute walk to the cruise ship pier. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the location is beautiful with a view featuring lots of trees. Front desk was very helpful with directions. Hotels in downtown Vancouver are expensive— this is an excellent value compared to surrounding properties.

Cons:

The only con is very minor— the room was a bit dated.

Great location, friendly helpful staff and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location walk from Canada place.Late checkout time and reasonable cost to extend checkout time. Complimentary drinks and discount vouchers. Luggage storage. Dining excellent options for a light meal also.

Cons:

Hotel lobby entry etc smart but rooms themselves tired. No extra vanity touches.

Warm, courteous welcome. Love the location; view to the north with water, mountains, Stanley Park, air harbor. Quiet hallways and guest rooms.

Cons:

Bathroom lighting was dim. No bathroom ventilation: foggy mirror after showering. Plenty of areas throughout the property need a fresh coat of paint.
