Convenient location and great restaurant
Pros:

Great location and has a restaurant right on site. Walking distance to the cruise terminal and in the heart of everything.

Cons:

Like everything else in Vancouver, very expensive.

Pros:

The coffee machine did not work , it cost me 15 dollars for coffee in the restaurant in the morning .
The refrigerator, was not working either …. I bought ice cream and it went bad

Stress upon a stressful reason for coming over to Vancouver and not enjoyable for me at all!
Pros:

Close to Harbour where ferry, Seair and Harbour Air all port.

Cons:

Bare bones facilities! No where convenient to plug in things. No house coat to use pool, No toothpaste in room. Bathroom floor like ice. No room service. Offered table twice in dining room that entailed maneuvering my bags and walker through a crowded dining room. Hard to find elevator to get out of the hotel! Confused about pricing which I now can’t explain for reimbursement! Sheets horribly rough! Families with kids running the halls late at night. No printed information, couldn’t figure out tv so like being in the dark ages and couldn’t use tv and earplugs to block out kid noises. Bacon looked raw, eggs over cooked. vGH had suggested I use Holiday Inn, regret not using it now!
