Great hotel, great location
Pros:

We were greeted with a welcome pack in our room on arrival- which was a surprise, along with bottles of water each day. The view from our room was amazing. It was a great location for sightseeing

Best location.
Pros:

Best location if you plan to visit Vancouver before taking a cruise. Professional front desk representative. Attentive staff. Clean.

Cons:

It was too pricey just for a day they charged me 500 dollars and I expected the room to be good atleast for paying so much. They gave me a room in the corner of the building and the lock was broken. I asked them to give me another room Becos of safety issues as I was going to stay alone . They did grant my request but still the room wasn’t up to the mark . Dint had enough lightenings for 500 dollars I think I expected better.

Very friendly staff.
Nice restaurant.
Excellent location.
Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The gym could be much better. Very large area with outdated equipment and poor air-conditioning.
Will hopefully be upgraded in the near future.
The very high price. We opted for the NEW with Harbor view ropm. Nice and quite though.

Beautiful big room with harbour views.

Cons:

Iron has been replaced with a steamer. Did not remove wrinkles out of a business shirt - was unable to wear it.
Please provide irons.

Very comfy but pricey hotel in prime location
Pros:

Located as the name suggests on the waterfront, a stone's throw from the cruise terminal. Enjoyed watching the float-planes taking off from the harbour front and from the room. Good sized room with coffee making machine. Bed very comfortable. Hotel busy but quiet in the rooms. Breakfast buffet very good but at extra cost.
Very convenient for the old town and for Stanley Park.

Cons:

The lobby is very busy and cluttered with cases waiting to be taken to rooms or to the cruise ships. Trip hazard trying to negotiate at times.
Paid for breakfast each morning but then received promotion when we returned offering free breakfast at less per room than we paid. Annoying to say the least

Perfect stay, lovely staff, great room, fab food and completely stressfree
Pros:

This hotel was right next to the Harbour so fantastic for cruise ships and also to catch our seaplane.
The rooms were very comfortable with fantastic views wherever you were.

AC unit kept us up most the night.
