Einrichtung etwas veraltet, Zimmer zur Hauptstraße hin laut, Zimmerservice nicht immer ganz sorgfältig.

Clean comfortable bed with good sized room. Love that my dogs were allowed.
My first night the hallway reeked of Marijuana! Though clean, the room needs repainting and the bathroom door needed replacing as the veneer was peeling off the back. The TV was tiny with limited options for viewing e.g. no ability to stream Netflix.
The main lobby is beautiful
One of the worst rooms that I have ever been given and very unexpected for the price and area. Similar to a $50 motel room with peeling paint and worn furniture

The person in charge was not as knowable about the area to be helpful. There was missing info (i.e. TV guide).
Room was comfortable
Toilet is too low. It's the old fashioned 1980s toilets. Newer ones are ADA height, even cheap ones you buy at menards for like $300
The king suite was huge!! We loved the large space!!!! The room did need some cosmetic updates...the curtains were torn and old..the fridge area needed attention as the cabinet was all chipped. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!

The sofa sleeper in our room was pretty beaten up. It felt like you were going to sit all the way through to the floor. Breakfast servers were present but seemed to be struggling to keep up.
I don't even know where to start with this place. What was supposed to be a 15 night stay turned into one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any hotel. From the beginning there were unexplained charges appearing on my account in amounts that made no sense, and when I asked about them two days into our stay I was told I needed to pack up and leave within 30 minutes — because apparently I don't have the right to question my own charges. No explanation, no attempt to resolve anything, just get out.
It gets worse. Before we even had a chance to leave, they charged my card in full for the remaining 12 nights we never got to stay. They also kept our $300 security deposit and have refused to provide any explanation, any refund, or even a response since. We were essentially forced out of our room, charged for days we never used, and left with nothing but silence when we tried to follow up.
On top of all of that, the staff was threatening and abusive when we raised our concerns. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and absolutely no regard for the guests staying there. I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. What they did was not just poor customer service — it was outright predatory, and no traveler should have to go through what we experienced.
