Did not feel safe!
Pros:

Dried blood stains left on bedding and pillows. Pry marks on unit door showing forceable entry was made. Can see hallway lights shining through damaged door frame. Ice machine broken for over a years, never fixed or replaced show person at front desk pictures and his only remarks were it's a older hotel it should be expected.

The bathroom was a little dirty. The bathroom door needs to be replaced and security lock needs to be fixed. Staff were very nice

Pros:

Location was very good. Breakfast was better than most. Our beds were comfortable. The price was good.

Cons:

The front desk was not staffed when we arrived. There seemed to be a sign up almost continuously saying that there was something urgent that needed the staff’s attention, so please be patient. When the staff member was there, he was very pleasant and helpful.
Ice machine was out of order.
We had reservations for a queen room, but there were no queen rooms available when we checked in and had to be given a king.

Pros:

The customer service. The young gentleman at the front was extremely friendly and very helpful I wish I could give him the credit he deserves but I do not remember his name. He did have dreadlocks.

Cons:

I was charged $4 for expired chips and they were extremely tiny bags I only bought two of them.

Nice place to rest.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious however the line for food needs to be more streamlined and orderly. People were getting in line to get seconds and jumping in front of people who were getting their first place. Their needs to beca constant staff in their to monitor that.

Cons:

The gravy for the biscuits were Luke warm. Staff said that the temperature was fine but I prefer that my food be hot. Also, swimming area was disruptive due to children diving in the pool and splashing water over the place. I couldn't enjoy myself as kids were in their unsupervised. Staff needs to be in their to ensure kids are supervised and diving is not being done.
The temperature in the room was difficult to maintain. It was either too hot or too cold.
