This hotel is a good hotel for us when we stay in that location and we will be back.
Pros:

The hotel was very conveniently located by our Hockey Arena. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds was a plus. The breakfast was good. Got a little busy on the weekend, but they did their best on keeping up.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact when you enter into the hotel, there is a bench and people have smoked marijuana, and the smells lingers. Sometimes you can smell it by certain rooms. This is not good when you have children around.

Pros:

Location, and the room. Price was acceptable.

Cons:

We like this spot for the Dennys, but it closed 2 hours earlier than their schedule online. Some other inconsiderate guests.

My stay was good, I thought breakfast could be at least until 10:00 am it was good though.
Pros:

It was OK, a little smaller than most rooms. But, pretty good.

Cons:

When we left very early about 4:00 AM
there was someone not sure why in a smaller car a male who also had a another car waiting for him and suddenly took off when we left the parking lot. I mentioned this because I feel the hotel needs better security at night in its back parking lots!!
That person seemed to be maybe trying out open cars and possibly stealing cars??
