Front desk did not have a person there all the time

Breakfast will be charged even if they say its included

Cons:

My booking through Booking.com had breakfast included. The front desk staff at the hotel confirmed it also. But later I was charged extra fir breakfast. Booking.com asked to contact the property. Despite few phone calls and emails the property didn’t respond at all to refund the additional charges

Nice, clean place, breakfast needs some work!

Easy check in. Clean!

Cons:

Breakfast didn't was an hour late opening and we had to make it to a baseball tournament.

Was nice enough, but I didn't feel secure or safe there.
Pros:

Room was clean, nice.

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast. We were at end of hall. Next to our room was an exit door that was broken, unlocked. Anyone could come in and out of that door. It was very scary to me.

Check in took 45+ minutes; all screwed up by Booking.com. Breakfast barely warm and blah. Sausage with skin hard to eat, pancakes cold, juice just ok. Employee working at breakfast was great thou
