Enjoyed our stay but will request a different room next time
Pros:

The room was clean, Beds were amazing so comfortable, Breakfast was really good loads of choice. Location Location Location within walking distance of everything.

Cons:

The Window Situation, It was that small you could have missed it. to be honest i hadnt noticed it was there until it was pointed out and as a result the room felt like an enclosed box.

La ubicación y limpieza

Cons:

La experiencia durante el check-in no fue la mejor. La persona que me atendió no tuvo la consideración de ayudarme a encontrar el baño, a pesar de que le expliqué que necesitaba usarlo con mucha urgencia.

Por una situación médica, no puedo aguantar mucho tiempo sin ir al baño, y me hizo subir al segundo piso en tres ocasiones mientras yo ya estaba desesperada por encontrar un baño. Fue una situación muy incómoda y angustiante para mí. 🥹

Entiendo que pueden estar ocupados o tener muchos huéspedes, pero considero que en situaciones así deberían mostrar un poco más de empatía y consideración. Una pequeña ayuda habría hecho una gran diferencia en mi experiencia.

Pros:

Zentral gelegenes Hotel - praktisch neben der Markthalle und an der Einkaufsstraße, zu Fuß alles super easy zu erreichen, leckeres und wechselndes Frühstücks, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) hatten ein Dreibett Zimmer. Leider was es gefühlt im hinteren Teil des Hotels mit wenig Licht

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is super close to everything. You have a lot of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby, it’s also very well connected if you need to take the public transport. The beach is around 15 mins by feet. Staff were also friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Few minor things: the room was a bit tight, there was no space to put your luggage;
Also, there are no hangers where you can dry your swimwear or beach towels;
Our room window was facing a wall and we didn’t have a lot of daylight in the room;

The shower area was not great. I think the door was broken on the shower and the water was going everywhere.
