We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Alicante. The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our vacation.
There were just a few minor inconveniences. The rooms didn’t have balconies, and there wasn’t a suitable place to dry swimsuits and beach towels after swimming. A small drying rack or designated drying area would make the stay even more convenient. In addition, we experienced frequent issues with the room key card, which often stopped working and had to be reactivated.

Got woken up by reception when sleeping in the middle of night asking if we had a leak . Understand need to make it safe but was woken suddenly
Very modern, clean and well situated hotel, close to everything, public transport, market, marina and beach all in walking distance. Great breakfast and worth the money.
Lovely staff, special shout out to Frederico in the breakfast room, always friendly, happy and my husband enjoyed talking to him about the World Cup.

Hotel v pohode, cisty, mate k dispozici vse co potrebujete. K plazi je to cca 10-15min pesky.
Personal mily, pratelsky, ochotny..... vyresili jsme vzdy vse co jsme potrebovali.
Snidane mensi ale vyborna, malinko se obmenuje kazdy den.
Klidne bych se tam ubytovala znovu ;)

I book a room with a view facing the street, this not my first time there but upon my arrival they gave me the shittiest room ever everything looks old and outdated the toilet there’s not even a place to hang your clothes after shower. I went down to the reception and lodge my complaint and they gave me another room with double bed which I told them I don’t want I want because we’re two.
