Great experience at the Hampton Inn.
Very reasonable prices when booking given similar hotels in the area. I have stayed at Hampton Inns before and have always been happy with their services and amenities...and I was only reassured by the tons of positive reviews online.
Room was great with a comfy bed, large TV with lots of channels, adequate HVAC system/climate control and shower water pressure.
Good free breakfast as you can expect from a Hampton Inn...juices, coffee, yogurt, breads and some hot options like eggs and sausages.
One of the unique and interesting features of this hotel is a free happy hour. Nightly, in the lobby, during certain hours there is a free happy hour that serves soft drinks, wine, beer and hard liquor.
There is a pool just past the lobby with pool chairs and a grill.
Location is great, close to the airport, in the popular Isla Verde area with lots of eating options nearby. Metropol, a great and reasonably-priced restaurant, is right next door within walking distance.
About a 10-minute (0.5 mile) walk to the beach.
Parking is about $16 per night and there is a gated lot.
The location was convenient. It’s closer to the airport and beaches. The other things that were good was the staff, the pool area and breakfast.
The rooms are dated and disgusting. I had stains on my sheets, the walls nasty, carpet disgusting, and head board nasty. The bathroom was not that clean. The chairs stained and the tables was dusty.

The pool area is nice, and they also offer free chairs and umbrellas for the beach. They have a laundry facility onsite for guests usage for a small fee. The air definitely worked, it was freezing. Kenny was very cheerful and helpful.
The property is very outdated for the price. The happy hour snacks and drinks are blah. The noise outside the door when someone walks by is very loud and clear. They should offer nightly entertainment. The tub was filling up while showering,which I later found out they just had a water crisis. The hot water was definitely HOT though PLUS. Most of the staff wasn’t very friendly.
