Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y servicial durante nuestra estadía. Nos encantó el área del desayuno buffet, ya que contaba con una gran variedad de opciones para todos los gustos. También apreciamos mucho que hubiera café y chocolate caliente disponibles durante todo el día.
El área de la piscina es hermosa, cómoda y perfecta para relajarse. En general, todo superó nuestras expectativas y disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estadía. ¡Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos!
Como único detalle, nos hubiera gustado que las camas fueran un poco más amplias para mayor comodidad.

This review isn't a reflection of the facility itself bc I never wound up staying. My cat almost died... and I had to cancel my trip to care for her and keep her alive. Even though I called on the cancellation date ... but just a few hours behind the deadline...not only was the customer service rep innappropriate about his inquiry into the nature of my emergency... but was then dismissive about it when I shared my story. He said "Was it your mom? oh... oh it was your cat... no we cant refund that". Pet parents know... they are members of our family!!! I offered to share proof/documentation of the emergency care visits, I said I would rebook later and accept a limited time credit, a partial credit ANYTHING. I begged, indicating that I was ONLY a few hours late to the cutoff. He just dismissed me and said no refund. It's funny, I spoke with several AI chatbots before being transferred to a human... and I was sure the human would understand and help. Nope. It's all about $$$ to big chains like this. I had a multipart trip planned, so I had to make quite a few phonecalls that day. Every single other hotel and airline I had to call that day to cancel treated me with empathy, and like they valued my business. The other customer service reps gladly helped me to get a full refund/credit (one had already even processed my card... I was DAYS past the refund cutoff... still got a full hotel credit). The other establishments actually showed compassion. I travel alot, and because of this experience I will NEVER CHOOSE HAMPTON INN OR HILTON PROPERTIES AGAIN and will share this story with as many people as I can.. If anyone from the company sees this... shame on you... you should value your customers and treat them like valued customers... and with a little more empathy. Business is business.. and I get that... but being a good human being matters.
