Centrally located and comfortable hotel
Pros:

Staff at reception were exceptional, Rebecca in particular. Staff in Breakfast Riom were excellent too

Cons:

The Beach Club used by residents was expensive

Проживали в отеле несколько раз. К сожалению в последние два года стало хуже, особенно на пляже.

Добрый день.
Красивый и чистый номер. Отличное месторасположение. Вежливый и профессиональный персонал.

Cons:

По отелю: требуется проведение ремонта входной зоны (потолок) и лифта отеля. Необходима наладка работы кондиционеров в номере.
По пляжу: необходим ремонт санитарных помещений пляжа, чистота и порядок на нём. Улучшить качество блюд ресторана. Нужен более внимательный персонал на пляже.

J’ai l’habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel et j’en ai toujours été très satisfaite. En revanche, cette fois-ci, la chambre était sale et en très mauvais état. Je suis vraiment déçue de cette expérience et je ne reviendrai plus.

Great location, amazing friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The location is amazing. just a short walk from the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. The Staff was AMAZING. So friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is small for American standards, but great size for an European one. Very clean and comfortable.

Temiz oda ve banyo yatak yastık çok konforluydu.lokasyan iyieski şehirin içinde denize yakın olması güzeldi.

Cons:

Resepsiyon personeli yanlışlık yaptı kullanılan ve içeride pijamayla olan insanların odasını vermişler. Müşteriyle oda kapında karşı karşıya kalmak affedilir birsey değil sonra odamızı değiştirdiler.

Tolles Hotel an bester Lage; sehr nahe zur Altstadt und zum Strand.
Pros:

In meinem ursprünglichen Zimmer hatte es keinen Kühlschrank. Herr Seck an der Rezeption hat das Problem hoch professionell gelöst und mir diskusionslos ein anderes Zimmer offeriert.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, vorallem an der Rezeption und auch die Porter.
Sehr ruhiges, helles Zimmer in den Innenhof. Neu gemachte Badezimmer, grosszügige Duschen. Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Die System der Haartrockner ist in den 1970-er-Jahren stehen geblieben.
Die alten Bodenteppiche könnten bei Gelegenheit durch Laminat oder Steinplatten ersetzt werden.

Vi fik ikke mange infornationer om sted/hotellet m m. , da vi kom. Og værelset var først klar kl.15.35 - De skulle lige ringe og høre og så fik vi grønt lys for at få værelset. Da vi kom op til værelset, var hele gulvtæppet foran badeværelset gennemblødt af vand. Pludselig efter vi havde været på værelset i 20 minutter, låste en mand sig ind ( bankede ikke på)- skulle suge vand op med en maskine. Så værelset har IKKE været kl. Og heller ikke 16 15 åbenbart ( sent at først kunne få et værelse der.
Efterfølgende var gulvet stadig fugtigt.
Næste dag gjorde jeg receptionen opmærksom på at der dryppede vand fra airconditionen. Det modtog de sådan lidt ligeglade.
Ud over dette var værelset jo ellers fint og super udsigt.
Men hvorfor fortæller man ikke om bar, restaurant, evt. strand med mere.
Wifikode skulle man gå til receptionen for at scanne ellet i rlevatoren.
Hvorfor ligger der ikke et par sider med inormationer og heriblandt wifikide på værelset?
