Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Not very clean, for example the trim and shower was moldy. The rooms were too hot even with AC. We paid for several rooms, and paid the city tax ahead of time but at check out our friends double paid. Now we have to deal with waiting for refunds. Additionally they wanted to charge a complete stay for a room that was already paid for. It was very disorganized, and lacked communication.

Huone oli kehno ja aamiainen melkoisen onneton hintaan nähden. Siisteys oli keskinkertainen. Hinta-laatusuhde oli suurin ongelma.

Pros:

It is in a great location with helpful staff.

Cons:

Although we enjoyed our stay we were disappointed that the sink and bidet were badly cracked. There was only one cup for tea/coffee. The air con wasn’t the best but thanks for sending the maintenance people up to check but they couldn’t improve it.

Die Lage ist gut

Cons:

Die Bilder der Zimmer beim Buchen entsprechen nicht der tatsächlichen Ausstattung, sind deutlich schlechter. Ein Urgieren bezüglich des gebuchten Zimmer wird abgelehnt.

Grundsätzlich gut, aber nicht praktisch. (Es sollte nicht nur gut aussehen)
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Meer, Altstadt, Parkhaus.

Cons:

WC Rollenhalter hat gefehlt. (Oben hinter dem Kopf auf einem Regal ist für ältere Menschen nicht gerade ideal)

Duschboden sehr rutschig.

Very well located and nice hotel. Staff are wonderful.

Cons:

The room was tiny. Half the size as advertised on their website. I measured. It was basically the bed and about 2 ft around it.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of the old town and promenade. We didn’t use the beach facilities but the beach

Hotel was in a great location for a city centre hotel
Pros:

The location was great. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready but once we received the keys we were very pleased with our room on the 4th floor. A good size for a city centre hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but not great. On our second morning the bread seemed stale. However the staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful.
