Wieder ein guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind sehr schön in der 4. Etage. Kein Teppich im gesamten Zimmer mehr. Frühstücksqualität. Nähe zur Promenade

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist knapp bemessen für die Grösse des Hotels. 22 Euro für den Hund pro Tag jedoch kein Hundebett, keine Getränkeschale im Zimmer einfach nichts.

מיקום המלון בניס פנטסטי! העיר העתיקה, הטיילת ,השוק, כיכר מאסנה, כולם במרחק הליכה של דקות ספורות. תחבורה ציבורית נוחה במקרה שרוצים לנסוע מעט יותר רחוק. מלא מסעדות מסביב.
גם שירות עובדי הקבלה של המלון מעולה, כל שאלה נענתה באדיבות וניכר היה שסייעו בלב חפץ.
החדר היה מעט קטן, אבל לנו זה פחות שינה, כי באנו לטייל ולא לשהות בחדר.

Cons:

הגענו לחגוג יומולדת והודענו מראש. לא היתה התיחסות מצד המלון, אפילו לא השאירו שוקולד או פתק למזל טוב.
זה לא העיב לנו על הטיול או ההרגשה, אבל בהחלט אפשר להשתפר מבחינה זו.

The wardrobe was a nightmare. It was high we couldn’t reach the hanging space. We had to put all our clothes into the little spaces underneath. It didn’t do much for the state of our clothes.

Great location and friendly staff. The room we stayed in felt in need of repairs.

Cons:

The room (224) had a very very bad sewer-like smell coming from the bathroom. It wasn't a 24hrs a day, continuous bad scent but certainly some moments were more unbearable than others. But it definitely wasn't our imagination nor was it caused by us. We have stayed at many hotels so we know a bad smell when we come across one. We had unpacked and settled in and we planned most of our days outdoors so we didn't bother with asking to be moved to another room - but the discomfort this caused was palpable whenever we were near the area of the bathroom. Also, the bedroom rug could have been cleaner, there were old stains and it needed steam cleaning or something. It gave the room the impression of being unkempt. The shower area tiles and walls showed damage and it didn't feel inviting and clean.
