Roger at the front desk was amazing
Pros:

Omg! What a great start to my vacation. ROGER really made my day. Very courteous and professional. Made me feel very welcomed to this Hilton/Embassy suites! I have been a loyal Hilton Diamond for years and I was so impressed with his professionalism! Please celebrate him because he is truly an asset!

Really good hotel close to Airport
Pros:

This hotel is really nice and close to the airport. What we love about this hotel is the free airport shuttle (runs every 30 mins), the outstandig size of the rooms and the exzellent breakfast which makes the difference to others. The staff is very friendly (especially Olga was very friendly and helpful).
The only downturn is the expensive parking at $30 per night even for hotel guests. This is the reason why we don't stay there if we have already our rental car.

Embassy Suites Miami
Pros:

When traveling I like to stay at Embassy Suites. They have clean room thou sometimes dated. A great cook to order breakfast. Here in Miami we have Olga who greets everyone as they come though with a big smile and kind words. On the weekend evenings they have live music during the managers reception and all seem to be having a great time.

I always recommend Embassy Suites.

Very disappointing for the price. Needs a Staff/Management/Facilities overhaul.
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

The airport shuttle was VERY poor. Waited 55 minutes for the shuttle, despite calling the hotel several times and being assured it would arrive in 5 to 10 minutes! Poorly handled, no apology, and missed the manager's reception due to the time it took to get from the airport. When checking in, the staff were miserable, not welcoming at all.
The room had very few electrical outlets to plug in chargers and a computer. When I arrived in the room there was a bad odor. The shower was a tub shower; hot water took a very long time to arrive after the tap was turned on. Overall for the price it was a bad deal. I have stayed in better Days Inns!

Great experience and convenience
Pros:

Breakfast was great, comfortable beds and very kind employees such as Olga. The rooms were spacious and the hotel lobby is exquisite and luxurious looking. It is convenient to the airport and major highways. We were here for only one night, but wish we’d had a longer stay. If you don’t like hearing the planes from the airport, make sure you ask for a room facing away from the airport.

Wonderful
Pros:

Perfectly placed near the international airport in Miami and minutes from the beach. The suite had plenty of room for my family of four. Beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom amenities were well stocked kept extremely clean. Breakfast in the morning is more than enoughfood that you could possibly think of and all tasted great. Customer staff from the time you check in to the janitors to the restaurant, workers havebeen exceptionally kind and welcoming. I would recommend this to any family traveling into the Miami area.

Lovely night’s sleep
Pros:

This was the most comfy bed I’ve slept in ever. The rooms were well thought out with extra sinks for families to get ready. The breakfast and vibe of the dining area was wonderfully clean, relaxed, and open. Breakfast was delicious hot and well made.
