Overall very pleased. I would definitively stay again!
Pros:

My flight was late. I was able to communicate with the staff via messaging. This was my second time staying there and the staff members were pleasant and helpful each time. The breakfast was also nice.

Cons:

Probably not the best value for a 1 night stay.

Overall, I would stay at this property again but would advise against taking the shuttle
Pros:

The property is clean and maintained well. The staff were patient with customers. We were there for an overnight stay. The hotel was very busy and at capacity. The staff continued to be patient with impatient customers.

Cons:

Because the shuttle runs on a strict schedule, after waiting for an hour, it was at capacity and couldn’t take any more passengers. It seems when there’s a full house, the property would have an established backup plan. This is the primary reason the customers were upset. By the time most of us arrived, our prepaid rooms were gone and alternative, often smaller arrangements were made.

Horrible service
Pros:

I have stayed at Embassy Suites all over and this is by far the worse. The service is non-existent. First impressions are important right? First thing I noticed when we pulled up was a guy on the bench smoking Marijuana. The shuttle from the airport just passed us by. Although, they offered to pay for the Uber and getting the money was a challenge. I go downstairs to get my money as instructed by Anthony the night before and the guy Chris talks to me like he doesn't know what I am talking about then give me an attitude! I ask to speak to the manager and he says you can sit there and wait or you can just go. Didn't bother mentioning the manager was in a meeting! Gave us a handicap room when I didn't reserve one! Plus put us right next to the train track that woke us up all early in the morning. Horrible service. Canceled my other reservation and going elsewhere! You should do the same!
