Staff was very friendly. Hotel is dated with some recent upgrades. If your staying for one night, not a bad option.
Pros:

Location is close to the cruise port. They offer transportation to/from the airport and cruise port. This was helpful for us as we had toddlers in our group without car seats. If this is not the case for you, just use Uber.

Cons:

Found a bug (think it was a small roach) in the bathroom.

i stayed there for two days, had to leave for family emergency and no one was able to help me check out properly!
They did not reimburse my money, they just kept saying there was a cancellation fee. I understand i had a cancellation to pay, but the whole payment i made for $1700 was never returned to me! Poor customer service! will never go back! will never recommend them!
