Amy was absolutely amazing! She did an incredible job taking care of everyone during our stay at the Embassy Hotel for the Taekwondo tournament. Even with our large group, she was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. She made sure everyone had what they needed and created such a welcoming atmosphere. Her outstanding customer service truly made our experience even better. Thank you, Amy, for all your hard work and kindness—we really appreciate you!
Let me start by saying the staff is very nice and friendly! But the room was awful! The bathtub was peeling, the sink was backed up in the sitting room, there were only 2 towels and 4 of us. The power went out on the first night and there were kids screaming in the halls at midnight. We stayed here because they were remodeling last year but this year the room was worse!

We were in town for the AAU Taekwondo National Championships with our team and stopped in after a long day of competition. Any was absolutely amazing! She was welcoming, attentive, and kept a smile on her face the entire time, even with our larger group. The drinks were excellent, the service was top-notch, and she made us feel right at home. Thank you for helping make our Nationals trip even more memorable. We highly recommend stopping by!

I came to Fort Lauderdale to get on a cruise and when I arrived at my hotel, I was greeted with great service and I received help from Coco and she was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and go to Coco if you need any help.

Coco is our ambassador and I had the opportunity to chat with her for a few minutes. She was warm and welcoming! I mentioned to her how much I enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The free breakfast has made to order food and is served buffet style to you. Highly recommend this hotel!

We booked a room for a family of 4. They provided only 2 towels. After multiple phone calls and interactions with staff, it took 3 hours to two more towels. Then to top it off, shower was lukewarm at best. Morning breakfast was good but the evening reception had a very poor selection.
