Amazing in stay choice
Pros:

I had an excellent dining experience at the Embassy Suites restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. Steven provided outstanding service from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my meal.

I ordered the mahi fish sandwich with sweet potato fries, and both were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The fish was perfectly prepared, and the sweet potato fries were cooked just right.

Steven’s exceptional customer service made an already great meal even better. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

Great hotel with phenomenal amenities just need to do some team building to improve the culture.

Hotel was beautiful

Cons:

The service I received from the young caucasian male at the front desk. And multiple time housekeeping knocked on my door during to lack of communication with the front desk but each time they knocked saying “housekeeping” I asked for towels and they said I had to call housekeeping. I was confused. But the older Caucasian lady at the front desk was amazing.

Great Hotel Restaurant
Pros:

The team at Taste including Amy, Steven, Rich, Sumi, Antonio, and Paula were awesome! Great service. We had 17 people for dinner. They setup a table in the back area. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. If you want a great dinner or lunch swing by!

Great hotel and Kathleen is so helpful
Pros:

This was the perfect hotel to stay the night before our cruise the next day. Accommodated us with early check in. Kathleen at the front desk was simply amazing. Goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and truly builds a relationship with her customers. She made our stay 5 stars. I don’t think we have ever been treated so good as Kathleen treated us. Make sure you ask for Kathleen at the front desk for anything you need.
