Zentral gelegenes nettes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Helsinki
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral aber doch auch ruhig in Helsinki. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte sowie auch der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind angemessen geräumig und funktional eingerichtet, die Badezimmer teilweise sehr modern und schön renoviert. In allen Bereichen des Hotels ist das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet eine schönes Auswahl und lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstücken ein.

Very nice and convenient value-for-money hotel in the heart of Helsinki with great staff
Pros:

Very friendly staff, eager to help you and inform you about anything, clean hotel, central location , cafes, supermarket, transport all around. Deco was old-fashioned but that's not a deterrent. I'd gladly stay there again!
Useful tip that is not shared: To get to the hotel, get off at the Metro station Helsingin Yliopisto (University of Helsinki), just one stop after the Central Station, and take exit named Vilhonkatu, not the others because they are further away and if it's raining and you're carrying luggage, it's a real drag. There is an elevator in Vilhonkatu exit that takes right up to the street where the Hotel is on your left just 200m. away

Cons:

The shower was so tiny and cramped you could barely move and water spilled all over the bathroom since there was nothing to hold it

Super super limpio, personal muy amable, nos guardaron el equipaje todo el dia. Desayuno fantástico. Camas pequeñas pero muy comodas. Ubicación excepcional . Desayuno muy bueno

Huone tilava. Saimme hyvää asiakaspalvelua huoneen vaihdon yhteydessä tilanteemme muuttuessa.

Cons:

Aamupalan hinta 18,90 € ulkopuolisilta, ei vastaa hintatasoa. Useissa hotelleissa hinnoiteltu halvemmaksi, vaikka tarjonta monipuolisempaa.

ゆっくりするのにいいホテルです。
Pros:

朝食はおいしかった。また、部屋の清掃は受付に言えばそのオーダーの内容どおりにやってくれます。立地も良いので、移動にも便利です。

Cons:

シャワーが日本の元は違うので、床下がぬれます。それをモップで掃除しながらでるので、面白いですが、なれるまで驚きました。

Convinient location, friendly staff and excellent breakfast! Not comfortable room.

The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly! The restaurant was perfect, and the breakfast had so many different things!

Cons:

The room was not what I expected!! A bit old, far from the lifts, with steps I had to carry a heavy bag up. There was a mouldy smell all the time, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

Lokalizacja centralna, wypasione śniadania i bardzo wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Obniżyliśmy ocenę z powodu braku komunikacji personelu. Przy zameldowaniu zostaliśmy poinformowani, że jeśli będziemy chcieli żeby posrzątano nam pokój musimy to zgłosić na recepcji. W drugim dniu pobytu tak właśnie zrobiliśmy zgłaszając takie zapotrzebowanie. Jak się już domyślacie nikt nam pokoju nie posprzątał. Kiedy wieczorem zgłosiliśmy ten problem jedyne co nam zaofiarowali to wymianę ręczników, a śmieci w koszach już zostały z nami do końca pobytu...
