Nice but can be noisy.
Pros:

It was close to downtown Providence.

It’s right next to a busy highway, so traffic noise can get loud.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast
The room was clean. The wifi was excellent no service problems. Anything i needed the front desk staff was happy to provide.

Cons:

The walls seem a bit thin, I could not hear anyone from my room, my floor was very quiet but in the hallways you could hear everything on noisier floors.There was a damp smell when we first turned on the ac.

I do recommend this hotel!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, the room was very nice..everything was nice & clean! I also felt the staff was excellent! I will definitely stay here again, and recommend this hotel

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the location. When I came back to hotel after dark, there were some (homeless?) people in the area..I felt unsafe going in thru side entrance, where the parking lot is. But it was close to where I needed to be, which is why I selected this hotel…

Pros:

Everything was great, except the cleanliness when the guy was working the breakfast buffet. When the lady worked everything was nice and neat and she was always floating around to wipe away stuff guests dropped or whatsoever.

Cons:

The front desk was very helpful and nice at all times
