OK place if all you want is a bed and a shower
Pros:

safe location and close to hospital where we were going

Cons:

room smelled weird, cleaning substandard, worn and linens with holes, mattress with significant sagging causing discomfort.

We did not stay in the rooms because they were utterly disgusting.

We did finally not use the facilities as for the following reasons:
The rooms were in poor condition, and several aspects of the accommodation were unacceptable. This had a significant negative impact on my stay and made me feel that the accommodation was not as described when I made the booking. Dirty bed with dry blood stains, towels and shower curtains, very dusty, bugs, smell of smoke in non smoking rooms, sticky floors, broken furniture, to say the least. We could not stayed with our kids in such a horrendous environment.

Cons:

The room smelled of urine then they gave me a room with a broken toilet and the bathroom light flickered from an electrical problem. They explained they had elderly staying there for special reason. But the facility stinks and there rooms or the two rooms I saw were terrible. Bugs flying around and clogged sink.
