A modern purpose built building in the heart of Budapest . A stone throw away from the Basilica and the downtown commercial area . Well equipped good sized rooms that fully conform with Hilton standards . Bathrooms with walk in showers and top quality fixtures ( Grohe and Villeroy & Boch ) .
Public amenities are equally impressive . A charming bar next to an all day restaurant and spacious lobby sitting area hosted by professional and welcoming staff .

The hotel is in a good location with 7-8 minutes walk from a metro station. The service is very good and so is the breakfast. The rooms are nice and housekeeping was very attentive and better than at most other Hilton garden inn hotels i have stayed in. Overall, it was definitely a top of the line hotel, and i would consider it again if i return to Budapest

Location is outstanding, close to all attractions but also on a quiet street.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Everything was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, within short walking distance of the city's most beautiful areas. The welcome at check-in was exceptional, the reception staff was kind, and welcoming from the very first moment. The breakfast was very good, and the room provided perfect quiet and a comfortable bed, which were exactly what was needed to relax after a long day out. Highly recommended.

So many issues. Pros: The hotel location is great-right next to train station. Grocery (AH) right next door. Downstairs bar had a very nice barkeep who made excellent drinks.
Then some problems.: Check in was an absolute mess. Lots of staff being trained. We waited 2 hours to get information about possible upgrade and check in. We did not use the breakfast benefit: it always seemed to have people waiting. Check out: the bill was incorrect- bar charges that were not ours. Multiple attempts were made to get this corrected-which the staff member actually kept adding MORE charges (apparently did not know how to process credits). Never did actually receive a copy of final bill. Having said that, please understand that the staff is actually very friendly and helpful but unfortunately seemed extremely overwhelmed. As a Hilton Diamond member with frequent stays all over the world, this staff needs more training.
