I am extremely dissatisfied with our stay at the Red Roof Inn Plus. This was honestly one of the most uncomfortable and concerning hotel experiences we have had.

During our stay, we were moved between multiple rooms because of a strong musty smell and visible signs of mold, particularly in the bathroom areas. We tried several different rooms, and unfortunately, the same problem appeared to exist in each one. After going through multiple rooms, we ultimately had very little choice but to remain in a room despite our concerns.

The conditions significantly affected our comfort and ability to sleep. We experienced itchy and irritated throats and generally felt uncomfortable breathing and sleeping in the room. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy our stay, we were constantly concerned about the condition and cleanliness of the room and the possibility of continued exposure to mold.

What made the situation even more disappointing was that this did not appear to be an isolated problem with one particular room. After being shown and/or moved through several rooms and encountering similar musty odors and mold concerns, it raised serious questions for us about the overall condition and maintenance of the property.

As paying guests, we expected a room that was clean, properly maintained, and comfortable to sleep in. We should not have had to go through multiple rooms trying to find one without mold or a strong musty odor.

Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Based on the conditions we personally encountered, I could not recommend this property to others without significant improvements being made to address the apparent moisture, mold, ventilation, and maintenance issues throughout the hotel.

The room could have been cleaned of an bugs or insects.

Poor housekeeping, inspite requesting to clean,if you want housekeeping you need to request day earlier. Garbage bin in the room was not emptied, bed room linens and towels were not changed.

I stayed at this Red Roof PLUS+ with my dog, and unfortunately, the experience was very concerning. My dog behaved very unusually during the night. She was whining and crying for hours and seemed extremely uncomfortable. At one point, I woke up and noticed her moving her head from side to side as if she were watching or reacting to something I could not see. I eventually had to put her on the bed because she would not stop crying.

The next day, after leaving the room to get lunch, I came back and found what appeared to be mouse droppings on the table. I also discovered that my dog’s food bag had been chewed through. Given how strangely my dog had behaved throughout the night, finding evidence of a possible mouse in the room was very upsetting.

I was also uncomfortable with the condition of the bathroom. There was hair on the shower curtain, so I had to rinse and clean it myself before I could use the bathroom.

I originally booked the room for two nights, but after this experience, I decided to check out early. I was told that the manager would contact me about the situation, but I still have not heard from anyone.

Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, especially the cleanliness and possible pest issue, and follows up with me as I was promised.

Es super sucio, es terrible, en nuestra habitación encontramos cucarachas y un raton que fue lo peor, el personal tiene super mala actitud, no lo recomendaria nunca a nadie y la verdad deberian cerrar ese hotel

Full price for all day was charged by Booking during reservation. Very bad smell in room. That hotel deserve to be 2 star motel not 3 star hotel. We canceled our reservation and receptionist promised that I will be charged only first night, but I still do not get any refund for unused days. For my opinion even 1st day have not to be charged.

Ice machine down for the entire stay, blow-dryer didn't work, toilet barely flushed and smells like backed up sewer,no fridge in room
