Please note that as a security measure, guests willing to pay with credit card must do so in person and the card must belong to the holder or one of the accompanying guests. If the owner of the card is not present, payment must be conducted in cash. If any charges related to guarantees were previously done to a card not belonging to the guests, these will be annulled and will have to be paid in cash.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Reservations with at least 1 national citizen will also incur the additional 18% fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. There was an absolutely disgusting smell in the bathroom that never went away. It was very difficult to turn the air conditioning on and off. It took around 30 attempts every time before it would respond. There was also a lot of noise in the room, coming from other guests’ air conditioning units and the pipes in the ceiling. It was impossible to sleep because of the constant noise. Maybe I was just unlucky

El hotel se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila, rodeado de buenos restaurantes y cafés, y además está cerca del parque Kennedy. El personal brinda una atención sumamente cordial y profesional, mientras que las habitaciones destacan por su amplitud y silencio.
El desayuno podría ser mejor: todos los dias, las mismas opciones limitadas y el café; ni hablar del café…

Aumenterei le opzioni di scelta a colazione. Va sottolineato però che ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare colazione con pane e marmellata anche prima dell'orario ufficiale di apertura del ristorante quando dovevamo partire molto presto.
