Pros:

Friendly staff. Products used for bath and spa was nice. Refa hair dryer for the ladies

Pros:

Perfect location away from the hustle bustle but yet so close. Train station next door 7 eleven a short 8 min walk. Breakfast you had to take a ticket and wait as there wasn’t much seating even if you had booked with breakfast

Perfect location reasonable priced and great staff loved the bakery in the hotel

Cons:

A few areas were under renovations at the time not a over all negative towards the hotel itself more if I traveled latter in the year I could have had better experience in hotel

Pros:

L’hôtel est parfait et très bien situé ! Le quartier est très calme et nous sommes à proximité du train et du métro.

Nous y retournons d’ici une semaine pour finir notre séjour à tokyo.

Amazing excellent stay.
Pros:

The automatic flushing toilets. They had refy shower heads with the micro pore cleansing function. We loved the white slippers which not many hotels provide anymore. The cleaners were so attentive that they could tell we liked room temperature water and left our replenishment water bottles every morning out of the fridge for us.

Cons:

Nul,nul ammenities. Bar dicht om 21:00. Een lounge waar je niet mocht drinken. Echt zeer slecht qua gastvrijheid. Niet kunnen lunchen omdat niet-gasten de tafels hadden geblokkeerd. De hal/lounge is hangplek voor komende en vertrekkende gasten. Je kunt nergens rustig zitten.

Wonderful, quiet hotel with great facilities, close to the city centre.
Pros:

The quiet location and soundproof room was just what we needed after our flight, and we loved the balcony, the enormous bed and the onsen. The hotel was so close to everything despite being in such a calm area. I was so appreciative of the delicious little gluten-free rice-flour rolls at breakfast and the care taken to label everything in the buffet with allergens.

Cons:

1) lobby do hotel ainda em construção. Nao há muito onde sentar para trabalhar que não seja no quarto

2) restaurante mal dimensionado. Fila para tomar café da manhã (recebemos senha de espera). Como lobby esta em construção, não há muito onde.esperar. todos hospedes amontoados esperando para tomar café da manhã.

3) regras pouco hospitaleiras. Se comprar um pão na padaria dentro do hotel, você não pode comer sentado... (???)

4) no geral, achamos muito pior do que outros mitsui garden premier que ficamos.

A localização em.si é muito boa para quem quer curtir bairros como Ayoyama e Omotesando. O Qĺuarto eh bom, tem varanda (raridade em tokyo)
