Clean nice room excellent breakfast
Pros:

Clean room, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower.
Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

That I couldn’t get the AC lower than 20c but it was ok.

The hotel is not close to anything. Every place you need to take a metro or taxi.

Close to metro station

Cons:

No bellman to help the luggage. Cannot make a second key if you left key in the room. Quite dusty in room. Which is not common in Japan.

Ein großartiges Hotel, perfekt ausgestattet und gelegen mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist großartig. Ausstattung und Lage sind perfekt, es ist ruhig gelegen. Die U-Bahn Station ist ums Eck, dadurch sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach erreichbar. Wen man von einem anstrengenden Stadtrundgang zurückkommt, fühlt man sich - auch durch den umgebenden Park - wie in einer Oase. Wirklich herausragend ist das Personal, Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit sind unübertroffen. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei der Dame (die perfektes britisches Englisch spricht) für ihre Unterstützung bei unserer Suche nach dem besten Omakase Erlebnis. Wir können das Hotel zur empfehlen.

Cons:

Prinzipiell sind die Zimmer sehr sauber, wir waren allerdings sechs Nächte im Hotel und in dieser Zeit wurde der Teppichboden nie staubgesaugt. Das ist verbesserungswürdig.

Fantastic hotel in serene and convenient location; beautiful onsen; great for swimmers/runners
Pros:

It is always a huge decision where to stay when you visit Tokyo. For us, this place was perfect. There are many train/subway lines close by as well as bus lines, so access is really convenient. The onsen was delightful, laundry room easy to use, and bakery/bar/restaurant handy even if we didn't use it much. The room was fantastic and comfortable with a great view/balcony. And the rooftop was also really a bonus. It was easy to explore the Shibuya/Shinjuku/Harajuku & surrounding areas but nice to have a quiet serene area to return to. As a bonus, if you are a runner or swimmer, places to run and swim are literally across the street. We really loved that aspect of the location also.

Cons:

Everything was perfect for us here.
