The hotel was in a great quiet area right across from the train station, which made getting around Tokyo really easy while avoiding the busier crowds. The neighborhood felt clean and safe, and it worked well for a short one-night stay before our flight.
The room was quite small, although this was expected since the size was clearly listed when booking. However, the bathroom felt especially cramped and the finishes/details in there felt a bit worn compared to the rest of the hotel, which made it feel less clean and comfortable.

Room incredibly small (nowhere to comfortably open a normal Medium sized luggage). Disproportionately big bathroom in exchange (but unnecessary).

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are on the small size but well organised and comfortable, location is quiet but well connected, you can take nice walks in the area around the hotel

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The service, the staff, the food! The chef and the kitchen team are super, I had the best Course Dinner meal ever! I got the corner deluxe twin room and it was worth it. Thank you Mitsui Garden hotel.
Great location for accessing the metro
The room was very dirty. Water and old toothpaste ect on the walls in the bathroom and toilet area.
The restaurant in the hotel was subpar and the staff there were rude. I wouldn't return there for dinner and was such a let down in comparison to other wonderful places we are at the same price point in Japan.
The amenities were nice. No weights in the gym just cardio machines.
If you were wanting to stay in a nice place, the MGH in Kyoto was much nicer than this.

The hotel is very clean and confortable.
Great location
The room size was misleading. The listed square meters included the balcony, but the actual room itself was very small — there was barely enough space for our suitcases. The balcony also wasn’t really usable for relaxing, as there were no chairs or furniture.

Tem vários transportes perto. O quarto é bom. Tive uma boa vista sobre a cidade. A padaria tinha bons produtos. A maquina de lavar e secar roupa é muito prática. Os funcionários do hotel era prestáveis. Infelizmente a lingua pode limitar o entendimento.
Não tem muitas alternativas de cafés e restaurantes perto. Fica tudo a pelo menos 10 minutos a pé. O restaurante do hotel tem um número de opções limitada.
Não se pode usar o jardim pois pertence ao restaurante. O que é uma pena pois as áreas comuns são muito reduzidas.
