Condo was great
The room was so cute, with a very homey feeling. It included essentials such as a microwave, instant coffee, and a refrigerator. It also included a safe, an ironing board, and hangers to hang up your clothes.

Needs updated Facility
Location, and prices was ok for the 2br. But not a good price for the condition and cleanliness.
Dirty, couch and chairs are tattered torn and destroyed by animals I assume.
The kitchen, floors, and seating were dirty.

Everything was good
The location was amazing and the two bedroom option was also great for my family.
The furniture was worn, there was a broken light fixture by our door.
The room was right next to the extended small park located on the grounds, which was very convenient for my two dogs. The bed was comfortable and we liked the kitchenette which included a spacious refrigerator. Nearby parks and some restaurants were also convenient.
My husband wished there were small samples such as bars of soap instead of the shower gel. The lamp on his side of the bed did not work even after we tried placing one of the light bulbs that came from my side. It needs to be repaired. Also the air conditioning was on the first night and could not place it on the heat component, but the next night the heat came on. Breakfast was okay but wished there was more of a fruit, yogurt and bread selection such as bagels or biscuits.

When we got in are room there was no light bulbs in bathroom nor in the night stands we requested they put light bulbs they put some in bathroom but not night stands as requested

Carpets very dirty, bathroom tub not cleaned, toilet paper holder fell off, bathroom door and floor dirty, outlet by TV didnt hold plug, sofa sleeper twin mattress needs to be replaced (old),

Check in said they would call us because we couldnt check in early 1pm as requested
They never called. I took our 3yr old to the bathroom at 3pm and noticed others checking in.
Not good at hospitality!! I finally told them we were waiting a few hours and others checking in.
I stayed there 5 years ago and it was 10 times better.

Had trouble using the washers. Had to download an app and it wasn’t working for us.

Some of the furniture was torn and dirty. Comforter was dingy white. No lighting outside our 2nd floor room very dark stairwell
