Great staff, great continental breakfast.
Pros:

Close to Tesla charging station. Very roomy Suite with full kitchen

Cons:

Some of the furniture was torn and dirty. Comforter was dingy white. No lighting outside our 2nd floor room very dark stairwell

Like staying in a little apartment community. Quiet place to stay, friendly staff even the maintenance man smiles.
Pros:

A large ensuite with kitchen for hotel room price. The breakfast was similar choice but can tell a nicer quality vendor source than typical Chains. Cute and nice little bark park in shady fenced with places to sit and read while the dog ran free.

Cons:

Extra fee for parking not known until checkin doesn’t seem right for its open space edge of town location. A little off - putting but overall we are still pleased.

Bad experience at Sonesta in Flagstaff
Pros:

I liked the location in Flagstaff. I liked the layout of the room.

Cons:

The carpeting was filthy and stains all over. We saw several ROACHES in kitchen and one of the bathrooms. The room needed SERIOUS updating.
We checked out a day early because of the conditions and roaches. I have photos. Sonesta charged us for the night we didn't stay. Very bad customer service. We WANT A REFUND OF THE NIGHT WE DIDNT STAY!!!!!!!

I will likely never stay at another ES Sonesta again.

The front desk attendant, Robert, was very rude on more than one occasion.
Reservations were mixed up.
The curtains were broken upon check in.
The freezer broke the second day
The toilet broke the second night.
Grounds were very dirty. Cigarette butts and candy wrappers on grounds. Ate at the outside patio table one day for lunch. I spilled some rice. Two days later I ate breakfast at the same table. Rice was still there.

The staff and breakfast were great, but the room and outside areas were dirty
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Food was kept warm and replenished and the area was kept clean. Selection was good.

Cons:

The carpet in our room was disgusting. It was terribly stained and dirty. The staff cleaned it when I asked, but it was still not good. It needed to be replaced. The kitchen floor and entry way floors were also not clean. I bought a swiffer and cleaned it myself. The furniture was very worn and the chairs and couch sunk in. Very uncomfortable.

The room was a bit dirty. carpet looked grungy and stained. kitchen backsplash dirty with food splatter. AC did not work. Charged for self parking was ridiculous.

It was good and pleasant, the tv not working was a bummer and the pillows were a little stiff.

I loved the care by the employees and how clean it was. I also like how there was plenty to do on the property as well.

Doesn't live up the Sonesta name
Pros:

We appreciated the large dog park area, the basketball courts and the shower was excellent in pressure, amount of hot water and cleanliness. Sonesta always have the best beds.

Cons:

The property is extremely dated, lots of dust debris everywhere. Our room had peeled paint throughout and the edges of the carpet were held down with black duct tape. We also killed a few spiders while there. We also had no TV at all for the 3 day stay. Their property had no back ups of any kind and could not pull from another room since they were booked.
