Unpleasant experience
Pros:

Good value price and being a motel you can park for free outside your door.

Cons:

Room had a faulty A/C unit, and we were moved to another room which also had a faulry A/C unit. When we asked for another room we were told to check out as there were no other rooms, even though Booking.com showed 4 rooms available that night when we checked. We got a full refund but the confrontation at the front desk was tense.

Pros:

There is only one good thing about this hotel : it's close to a market Union Market, which offers a variety of food, and parking is free for the first 3 hours.

Cons:

It's a budget accommodation. Very basic accommodation with no bathroom amenities (only small soap), no kettle or coffee machine in the room. The bath towels are very small and rough. There is no lamp on the desk. If you work remotely, you have to wake others up by turning the lights on. The public area is very dirty. We saw a poo (not sure its dog poo or kids poo) on the ground floor on our way to the car. It's so disgusting! In the office there is only 1 microwave. No coffee machine or hot/cold water station. The bathroom looks running down. Cracks on the wall and floor tiles.

Cons:

The accommodation does not communicate at all and did not answer any of my questions before arrival.
After checking in we found out that we did not have any towels in the room.
At the reception they did not seem very friendly and customer-friendly.
The room with 3 beds had a small air conditioning unit and it was terribly hot. The room does not have any opening windows so there was no ventilation. ALL THE BEDDING, SHEETS AND PILLOWS WERE DIRTY. They looked like they had never been washed. Stains like from piss. Disgusting!!!!
If I had another alternative I would not stay there.
