Excelente estancia , rico desayuno
Pros:

Amables , agradezco que fueron flexibles con el check in ya que hubo una cambio del vuelo y llegamos antes ,obviamente porque se podía .
Muy rico desayuno , variado , el hotel no tiene fotos publicadas y algo que deben publicitar .

Ubicación exelente...cerca de todo..gimnasio pequeño pero completo, desayuno exepcional

Cons:

Las ventanas de las habitaciones deben poder abrirse aunque sea mínimamente, se necesita ventilar la habitación todos los dias ,es por una cuestión de salud, no pueden ser paños fijos si una mínima apertura..esto es así mundialmente establecido..

A once great hotel has fallen. Terrible water pressure and NO HOT WATER. Bedding was awful. Disappointed. This was one of my favorite spots. Breakfast is still pretty good, but nothing like it was 3-4 years ago. Anyway, save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere in Las Condes or Providencia.

Me gustó el precio y que la habitación estaba cómoda

La atención del personal de restaurante. Muy hostiles en especial el encargado . Tengo alimentación especial y restringida , no se adecuaron para nada a mis necesidades de al menos sacar un pan para llevarlo a mi habitación

Abaixo do esperado pelo preço.
Cons:

Demora para fazer o check-in, tive que esperar às 15h em ponto, para entregar o passaporte e começar o processo de cadastro para o check-in.
Deixamos as bagagens no térreo, pois o funcionário falou que levaria no quarto mas demorou tanto que tivemos que ir buscar.
O chuveiro não esquentava, a água era bem morna quase fria.
Ao fazerem a limpeza nos quartos, não retiraram os copos sujos.
