el hotel estaba lleno, y el area de desayuno no da para tantas personas, y se tenia que hacer fila para comer.
El servicio es excelente. El café también es muy bueno.
El único problema importante es el estacionamiento; está a unos 5 minutos a pie, en una zona que requiere mucha atención porque hay personas que consumen drogas en la calle.

Os funcionarios sao muito cordiais, inckusive com segurança a noite para ir e vir do estacionamento
Quartos antigos, ar condicionado quente e não conseguia regular, temperatura não baixava, pouca variedade no café da manhã e estacionamento a 400 metros do hotel que esta no centro de Santiago que infelizmente está abandonado e com segurança precaria.
