Location is great but seriously no cleaning is a shame

Beautiful place, but seems there are a number of mechanical issues.
Pros:

Lovely, quite elegant, superb location, very clean.

Cons:

2 of 3 ice machine locations on my floor out of order. - It’s a very large hotel. 1 of 2 elevators out. Coffee maker out in the bar, which is also a beautiful space, so missed out on an Irish coffee I was lusting after. Oh, and most importantly, workers were in the courtyard before 9am using blowers and other loud trimmers! No sleeping in for us.

What we like about it was it was quiet the hallways and the room was nice and clean the room was very

The room was very hot it was not cool we had to call down to the front desk and ask them to bring a fan up so they brought a fan up but it was still hot in the room and my husband went to take a shower and there was no hot water so that is what I did not like

Lovely, near perfect, but flaws were significant.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and room

Cons:

Only one working ice machine on the floor.
Workers were in the courtyard for an hour beginning before 9 am with weed eaters making it impossible to sleep in. Was told they were from the city. Hmmm Parking is expensive.
