Freundliches Personal und alles fussläufig zu erreichen.
Pros:

Wir hatten eine ruhige und schöne Zimmerlage. Das Frühstück war Klasse und sehr lecker.

kurzer Zwischenstopp nach Hiddensee
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück zusätzlich buchen ging schnell und unkompliziert. Etwas besonders ist das Frühstück nicht. Taxis scheinen in Stralsund eher ein Problem zu sein. Mit Gepäck ist der Weg vom Bahnhof dann doch recht weit. Dafür ist die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe der Innenstadt und des Hafens natürlich sehr schön.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Sehr verschmutzt und abgewohnt. Das Frühstücksbüffet lieblos aufgebahrt. Butter im Stück zum selber schneiden und ohne Kühlung - ein unappetitlicher Klumpen. Und frisches Obst oder Dekoration Fehlanzeige.

Die Lage und die Busanbinfung ist gut.Das Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Der Zustand des Hotels.com ist hinsichtlich Treppenhazs und Zimmer dringend renovierungsbedürftig.Teppiche abgängig.Die Matratze sollte ausgetauscht werden.

Die Lage war sehr gut! Das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gute Auswahl und reichlich!

Cons:

Service für das Zimmer, nur auf Wunsch, egal was man braucht.
Der Teppichboden hat überall schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

Gut, aber doch recht teuer.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. so das man schnell zu Fuß alles erreichen kann, von Hafen , Park oder der Altstadt. Wir hatten kein Frühstück, da wir am morgen die Fähre nach Hiddensee genommen haben. Man kann für 6 Euro an der Straße parken oder für mehr Geld im Parkhaus des Hotels parken.

Cons:

Es gab einige Flecken in den Teppichen, was wie Chlor aussah, das war optisch nicht so ansprechend, aber ansonsten war das Hotel und unser Zimmer sehr sauber. Frühstück wurde in der Lobby eingenommen, wir hatten keins gebucht, dort sitzt man wie auf dem Präsentierteller und Gäste die dort gefrühstückt haben waren auch nicht von der Bahnhofatmosfäre begeistert. Lobten aber das Frühstück.
