Reservé 1 habiración doble matrimonial y 1 habitación Twin para mis hijos. Al hacer el check in, no había habitación doble disponible porque según la recepcionista debieron cederla a una persona que exigió una habitación similar. No tiene ninguna justificación. Muy mal para ser Holiday con standard internacional. Muy decepcionado.

La pieza, la recepcion y el servicio en general muy buenos.
Pros:

Desayuno regular no corresponde al nivel del hotel. No hau jugo naturales, jugos sin azúcar, no hay cafe de grano (máquina)
En la tarde (5 pm) al pedir un sandwich sólo había uno preparado antes y guardado en refrigerador.
