Habitación limpia y espaciosa, buena ubicación, buen desayuno. El hotel en general no es malo pero la forma de manejar un incumplimiento grave de las políticas de convivencia es terrible.
Me parece HORROROSO que en la habitación de al lado y en frente a la mía a partir de las 02:00 am hasta las 07:00 am estén con la música que se escuchaba casi por todo el piso, más de 10 personas por habitación, olor a marihuana que impregnó mi habitación y todo el pasillo, gritos toda la noche, peleaban entre ellos, golpeaban nuestra puerta, salían a buscar más gente y seguían llenando la habitación. Se supone que existe un aforo por habitación, hora de silencio, multas y políticas que se deben respetar, en 3 oportunidades tuve que llamar a recepción pero no se solucionó nada, tuvimos que salir de allí por decisión nuestra aterrados en plena madrugada y recién ahí nos cambiaron de habitación cuando llegamos a recepción huyendo de esta situación. No puede ser que en un hotel 4 estrellas ocurran este tipo de situaciones sin dar una solución inmediata. Cualquier persona después de un largo viaje solo quiere descansar y confía que en un lugar como este lo hará.

LAs ahbitaciones son muy buenas, con buenos espacios y permite trabajar tranquilo y comodo, la climatización muy buena, en otros hoteles no es así.
El deayuno se sirve muy tarde, hay huespedes que salen muy temprano, podría ampliarse el horario desde las 06:00 am en adelante
Es una buena opción de hotel de paso. Cumple bien a un precio razonable.

Desayuno pobre y mal logrado. Comedor pequeño que no da abasto para la cantidad de pasajeros que poseen.
El ascensor es pequeño y no tienen el personal suficiente.

Ubicación y amabilidad del personal.
Nuestra experiencia fue buena en general, pero hubo un inconveniente importante. A las 5:00 de la mañana sonó una alarma en la habitación y volvió a activarse a las 5:20, pese a que nosotros no habíamos solicitado ningún servicio de despertador. Esto interrumpió nuestro descanso de forma innecesaria.
Sería recomendable que el hotel verifique y elimine las alarmas o llamadas de despertador programadas por huéspedes anteriores antes de asignar la habitación a nuevos visitantes, para evitar que esta situación vuelva a ocurrir.
La cama muy cómoda
Muy amable todo el personal, muy buena ubicación para mi, cerca del aeropuerto. Mall al frente.
