Pros:

We were not at all satisfied with our stay . These were the concerns :-
1) The hotel didn’t provide us housekeeping service even though we requested twice . So we hung the tag for refreshing our rooms before 10 am when we came back around 2 pm the room was same ,we again requested at the front desk for the same but nobody bothered to come.
2) The shower area was not at all clean in fact there was grout on the glass and the tiles were also not clean.
Hygiene has always been our priority and we got disappointed.

Cons:

Our kids enjoyed the pool facility.

We were very satisfied.
Pros:

No breakfast - or any meals - available at the hotel. But the attached Chop Steakhouse filled all the requirements excellently.
Regarding the proximity to the Ottawa Airport: we heard absolutely no airport/jet noise whatsoever.
Since this was our first ever stay at Sandman, we were upgraded, with no charge, to a suite! How good is that!?!?!
