The room was very clean, comfortable, & spacious. Elmers nearby was good & I liked the walking path by the river. The hot pot for tea & coffee is a good idea & the AC worked well. Overall a nice experience.
The coffee bar was nice but there was no breakfast. The rooms were very pricey & breakfast would have been welcome. The place is a maze & it was difficult to find our room unless you are in the interior. . Elevators were far away. The Sweetwater restaurant in the hotel has slow service & my Cobb salad was sparse & lettuce was brown. Find a better place to eat.
The location was wonderfull.
The mattresses were very soft and uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the floor
Clean and large rooms (we booked river view)
Restaurant with patio and river view
River walk access
Nice pool area
Good internet and office desk in room
Easy and free parking (close to the largest mall allows also to park oversized vehicles)
Hotel shuttle
Restaurant prices for dinner relatively high but food is good
Arrived very late and slept in the next day. Did not make use of facilities or breakfast.
The man who checked me in was not friendly or neutral. Acted annoyed to have had to check me in. Not a great interaction but not terrible either.
Location and the pool was great
The people upstairs running back and forth all night both nights was a little much.
Clean and spacious
Pool opened at 10am which didn’t allow for a swim before check out
Very comfortable, nicely maintained, friendly staff, amenities
Nothing
Everything-no complaints
Booked thru Booking.com and when we arrived we were not on your list
Stunning views from the balcony
Extra cost for breakfast is too high
Super comfortable room. They were very thoughtful to include a white noise machine and earplugs to help account for the noise. The river access was lovely, and the hotel itself was in great condition.
I personally didn't like the cost, but we just happened to be there on a busy weekend. My room individually was around 280 at night.
The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The bartender made one of the best Old Fashioned cocktail I ever had. Ellie, the restaurant hostess, is truly an asset and keeper.
A little confusing trying to get those the 3rd floor.
We always stay here when we visit Eugene. Loved the river view. Good restaurant on site and more nearby.
The staff is amazing: Tommy, Josh, Mike, Adam, etc. They treat every guest as royalty.
I found everything about the property fantastic!
Good location nice pool
