I’d stay there again!
Pros:

The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The bartender made one of the best Old Fashioned cocktail I ever had. Ellie, the restaurant hostess, is truly an asset and keeper.

Cons:

A little confusing trying to get those the 3rd floor.

Pros:

Super comfortable room. They were very thoughtful to include a white noise machine and earplugs to help account for the noise. The river access was lovely, and the hotel itself was in great condition.

Cons:

I personally didn't like the cost, but we just happened to be there on a busy weekend. My room individually was around 280 at night.

Great place to relax and watch the river.

We always stay here when we visit Eugene. Loved the river view. Good restaurant on site and more nearby.

The Valley River Inn is the best lodging in Eugene/Springfield.
Pros:

The staff is amazing: Tommy, Josh, Mike, Adam, etc. They treat every guest as royalty.

Great staff, clean, nicely appointed renovations, pool was amazing for the kids. Wil 100% stay again next time in Eugene

It was clean and nicely renovated.

Cons:

Just a couple little misses in the fit and finish of or bathroom. Mainly the shower door was off balance and didn’t stay closed a few in inches.
