Great location, easy access, good accommodations and affordable. Good price; it took a while to find the right facility. Comfortable clean room, bed large; a Quality experience. Got it thru Booking.com. The room was Ada compliant and easily accessible, with fresh air from the balcony; the air cleaner worked well, which I appreciated greatly to help remove strong cleaner scent. Room closer to the front office. A much safer feeling location wise. Thanks for the comfortable accommodations.
Initially the first area room given, the one we were assigned to, was isolated; Had a musty smelling hallway and was a bit remote area of the hotel; isolated... I almost left but our helper encouraged me to ask for another room with Ada compliant features. Which I needed. Closer to the office. That was very satisfactory & felt safer. Easy access. Made the evening much happier for us. Thanks so much!
The room was comfortable, it was a good value for the price I paid
Being asked if “I wanted a room with a view or a patio,” when all the rooms have patios and we initially got a room looking at the mall and freeway. Seemed a bit sneaky and dishonest. We switched to a river view with two queens.
Nice spacious lobby with comfortable seating and relaxing areas.
The fire alarm went off 3 times, once at around 3:30am and again several times at around 7:30. Would have appreciated a small complimentary continental breakfast option.

The staff is amazingly helpful: everyone from the front desk clerks to the room attendants. Plus, I enjoyed a morning walk each day by the river.

Beautiful property and the rooms were nice and big. The breakfast staff was amazing.
It was clean inside and outside, I stayed an extra night for work and even though check in time for my new room wasn’t until 4 they got me in at 11 the next day.

The “park and stay” for the
airport did NOT work out at all. First, the shuttle service to the airport didn’t start until 6 am! Our flight was at 5:30 so that didn’t work. We thought the rate we booked at included parking there for the time away…come to find out this not! They were going to tack on an additional $12/day for parking. Sao….we ended up having to drive and park the airport anyway. Pretty disappointing
Wonderfully clean
Odor in room 203 bathroom
Very well maintained for an older facility. Looks like new in many respects.
The room was noisy in that you can hear voices next door and footsteps above the room (we were on the second floor). This is due to the age of the infrastructure and orginal construction, difficult to remedy without taking it down to studs. The only other complain was the shower control. Loose and difficult to control water temperature. Needs replacing.
