The pool and hot tub were nice

Cons:

The room was dirty and our ac barely worked but when we went to the front desk no one was out there we waited ten minutes. I should have taken pictures of the pull out mattress it was filthy looked like blood on it.

I have stayed at this location before and will continue to book with them when I am in town.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good; there was plenty to choose from including hot and cold items. The staff was super friendly and helpful at check in and check out. There is a great pool area, tropical themed, that has a generous sized indoor pool and jacuzzi. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I was able to get a great night's rest.

Cons:

The in-room mirror was missing so I had to wait till my son was done showering to finish getting ready. The staff at the front desk was going to check on it / follow up with maintenance, should be corrected/replaced for the next guest.

Very disappointed in lack of supervision & not following the rules.
Pros:

Second time staying there pool & hot tub are nice when you can use them. Although signs say no parties, food or drinks in the pool both times we stayed there were parties at the pool with more that the maximum amount of people in the pool & hot tub. Parents were out on the patio drinking & not supervising their kids who were doing cannonballs in the pool. Another parent was sitting in their room looking out the window & would occasionally yell & correct the kids but the still were jumping in the pool. Kids running up & down the halls yelling after 11 PM. Will not stay there again.

disgusting receptionist and dirty smelly hotel
Pros:

the receptist was cmitch was the rudest reception i have ever experienced
the hotel room fan did not work even though it showed on.
walking into the hotel the air and smell was disgusting.
the dust on the window ledge was thick enough i could write my name could write my name on the window.
the hallway was wet from kids running from pool.
we did not stay but they agoda and the hotel kept our two day payment.

please never stay at this disgusting hotel where you can reach anyone to say return my money …we stayed 15 minutes

They offer coffee& tea 24 hrs by the front desk.

Cons:

The hallways way too hot. My king size bed was very uncomfortable! Same goes for the pillows. Why? The bathroom was so small. Your hot tubs need improvement, no jets flowing properly. We were unable to eat the breakfast buffet at 9:30 am Sunday cos there was hardly any food. The gal needs extra help in replenishing the breakfast buffet. This was annoying.
