The room was big.

Cons:

They can put a lil more effort into cleaning the showers. Ours was discussing. Trying to get a hold of someone at the front desk when our TV wasn’t working yea that didn’t happen. They answered the phone then left us on hold for 45-50 minutes. My son went down stairs to ask them to fix it & waited there for 10-15 minutes then left cause no one was there. There was people waiting there for 10-15 minutes before my son got down there. Who knows how long they waited for someone to come. We also waited 5-10 minutes Before someone came to check us in as well the first day we got there. Won’t be staying there again.

Pros:

Location from the airport.

Cons:

Staff was never at the front, the cable didn’t work for 4 hours Saturday night during FIFA soccer games, we also could never get ahold of the front desk for towels or assistance. We asked for towels one day and they never came. An hour later we asked and the front desk associate had to bring them up herself. The staff is extremely lazy her and basically non-existent. The rooms aren’t very big and the bathrooms are tiny!
