Basic, but clean.
Pros:

Room was clean. Amenities complete. A/c worked. My needs for toilet and bath and comfortable sleep met.

Cons:

The lobby stinks of stale nicotine, not very inviting, bad first impression. A/C in the room can be quieter.

The room was neat, but not very clean. The sheets had stains on them. The bathroom was small and not clean. Even a used roll of toilet paper. For the price, all of this was expected.
