The location was brilliant. Dog was very cool, very friendly German Shepherd/ Alsatian.
It was poor but all easily fixed.
Towels Ripped.
Bedsheets didn't fit the bed.
Bed split in the middle and separated overnight.
No window.
Stale Air.
The Linoleum fake floor was ripped and fitted poorly.
The bathroom was a disgrace - Shower had a fake timber linoleum floor and didn't work well.
Tackiest decor, disgusting gold deer nonsense plastered everywhere - i felt like i was in an 80s por* videos that is set in one of those "we buy your gold" shops.
Staff refused to give us a second key card.
We tried to move the room but they said they didn't have any others, the place was empty so they definitely had others.
It's a 300-500k per night establishment. I've stayed in nicer hotels for 200k per night.

Room very small, lot of noise looks like some construction going on in the hotel.
One of the lift wasn't working most of the time.
Room card did not work so had to get new one issued
Terrible. Not enough food. By 9:00am, not much was left. Not much selection either.
Room was damped and smelly. 8am and the workers were banging loud noise.
Love the place and staffs. Cute decors and great location. Love and missed “BẮP”!!!!
The refrigerator was not working the first day and they changed it but was not that cold so food went bad.

War ok würd ich aber nie wieder machen. Was ich am schlimmsten fand war das Personal. Von Putzfrau die dich morgen um 6-7 Uhr lautstark mit Videos oder Anrufen geweckt hat bis hin zur Rezeption. Die einzigen wo man mal ein lächeln oder ein guten Morgen gehört hat war die Küche! Soviel liebe Menschen in Vietnam getroffen aber da fühlt man sich von Sekunde 1 sehr unwohl!!!!
Keine Fenster im Zimmer wo man rausgucken kann!!!!!
Für den Preis pro Nacht was das Hotel nimmt könnten Sie diese Defekte / Schimmel wie auf den Bildern zu sehen schnell beseitigen. Dieses Hotel ist ein runtergekommenes Mittelklasse Hotel mit massiven Defiziten und definitiv kein Mittelklasse Luxus Hotel, was die sich einbilden!!!!!!
