No Red Roof Inn Plus EVER again‼️

The location.

Cons:

It takes 6-7 flushes to get toilet paper to go down. A dog was left in the room next door and barked for over an hour. The inside door handle came off when we tried to get out. The TV didn’t work. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures on its website!!

This location allows for poor clients to stay and only had one lady working buy herself. MAJOR safety concerns.

Cons:

We checked out first night just hours after arriving. People were in parking lot drinking and doing drugs. Police arrived. Same group was on both sides of my room; I refused to stay.

One of the better Red Roof Inns
Pros:

Pretty clean. Smooth check in and check out. The location worked for me. The bed was comfy. Good water pressure.

Cons:

As soon as I entered, the room smelled a little smokey even though it was supposed to be smoke free. I could smell it on my clothes after leaving. The AC is a little loud. There are spots in the ceiling.

Horrible, if I wasn't in a hurry, I would have waited at the front desk longer. No one there!
Pros:

Almost clean. Floor was dirty and sticky. Tub was dirty.

Cons:

1. I waited for my first and only person working to finish her smoke to walk in so I could check in. 2. I had already booked ahead of time and paid. Still waited about 15-20 minutes to provide keys and sign. During which time she was on speaker phone with her daughter and they had a full conversation while I waited. Meanwhile another customer came in and waited to ask a simple question. While I was still waiting. 3. walked to my room and found it was open, didn't need my key.
4. After settling in turn the TV on found it wasn't even connected. I had to connect and figure out all the cords and since you weren't able to move the TV far was difficult. 5. We drove for 10 hours straight and exhausted, didn't need this hassle. Top it all off with a camera located in our bathroom !!! Yep, unreal. 5. Someone walked in WITHOUT knocking as I was naked. Which was the housekeeper and 30 mins. later still sitting right by our door waiting for us to leave. I couldn't make this up if I tried.
Never again! And I will be contacted BBB and every review platform I can.
