Cons:

Our first room smelled like cigarettes so they gave us another room and the second room’s door was open when we walked in and they were stains all over the bed and the manager went and looked at them and said there weren’t, but it was a lie and we got no refund because they never answered my complaint.

The area was nice amd quiet, not many amenities came with the room

I like that it was quiet

Cons:

No breakfast offered, hair in the tub, shower didn't work, extended my stay and my keys weren't working after 11am even tho I paid for 3 extra hours, had to go to office to reactivate which was inconvenient, even tho I extended my stay at 6am, the keys were deactivated at 11 am even tho I had the room til 2 pm.. and from 11:30 -1:30 staff kept trying to come in to clean our room even tho we extended our check out. They knocked on the door twice and woke me up both times. i guess poor communication from the office to the housekeepers

Rough camping for sure
Pros:

Location was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

Floors were dirty and sticky, tv wasn’t working, room smelled of nicotine and pot, used dirty wash cloth in the shower, staff were Haitian and didn’t speak English, door was very hard to open and place was run down and beat up.

Able to deal with it all but won’t use this place again in the future.
Pros:

The location and cost.

Cons:

Mold on our ceiling, room smelled weird. When we got there, the door was open. I pushed it open without even using my card. The microwave took forever to heat up leftover food we had. Stains on the bed skirt. I tried calling for new towels since they never replaced ours and none came.

Friendly staff person, room and property were less than desired.
Pros:

The front desk staff, who seemed to be the only person working, was friendly, helpful, responsive, and kind.

Cons:

The room smelled musty. The floor was dirty. The a/c was very loud. The mattress was lumpy. Although it was a no smoking room, there people smoking right outside my door and it came into the room.

Decent
Pros:

It was clean and nice felt family friendly

Cons:

We had no power upon arrival, half power through the night and then full power by day 2. Wouldn’t been nice to offer some compensation for the inconvenience the first night
