perfect for what we needed; went to twenty one pilots hometown show

this hotel was right next to everything we needed. it is in a very cute town and was genuinely very clean and comfortable for what we needed it for. we had a rental car, so driving 20 ish minutes to columbus was not a big deal for us- if you do not have a vehicle it may be a bit different. if you’re looking for a 5 start fancy hotel with all the amenities, this isn’t it- but if you’re looking for a 5 star you work around? this IS it. you can see everyone working every morning and the staff helped us immediately when a problem arose. was fantastic for a place to sleep and shower. the bed and pillows could have been a little better if you’re picky.

Cons:

really nothing; the toilet handle snapped at some point but staff helped us immediately and we had no problems thereafter. they even offered us another room which we declined as it wasn’t necessary.

It was loud with traffic noise. It was dirty. Staff let themselves into my room without even knocking on multiple occasions.

Cons:

Our first room smelled like cigarettes so they gave us another room and the second room’s door was open when we walked in and they were stains all over the bed and the manager went and looked at them and said there weren’t, but it was a lie and we got no refund because they never answered my complaint.

The area was nice amd quiet, not many amenities came with the room

Cons:

No breakfast offered, hair in the tub, shower didn't work, extended my stay and my keys weren't working after 11am even tho I paid for 3 extra hours, had to go to office to reactivate which was inconvenient, even tho I extended my stay at 6am, the keys were deactivated at 11 am even tho I had the room til 2 pm.. and from 11:30 -1:30 staff kept trying to come in to clean our room even tho we extended our check out. They knocked on the door twice and woke me up both times. i guess poor communication from the office to the housekeepers
