Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel is the location of where it is at because it's surrounded by a lot of hotel and restaurants and movie theaters it has a lot of entertainment near it so if you plan to not stay in your room for the night you got a good room

Cons:

Good location many restaurants around the eat as long as you don't mind taking a bus or have a car The only good thing about this location is there actual location other than that The hotel itself is complete another trash people arguing on morning arguing all night yelling screaming people threatening to shoot each other outside of the hotel non-picked up dog crap or poo poo on the property even though there is dog bags and a trash can to throw it away. Also a lot of homeless people chilling on the property all night long that make me feel very uncomfortable. If this hotel wants a higher rating they need to fix a lot of things I haven't had a filter in my room for my air conditioner obviously my air duct in my bathroom hasn't been cleaned since the hotel has been built and the heater in the room doesn't even work at all. While the air conditioner I can't even comfortably control because it's just as old as when the building was built none of the buttons work none of the buttons exist.
