I like the chocolate happy hour. the Service was outstanding
It wasn’t dirty however it didn’t give the impression of a super clean room. The room was too dark and makes you feel crowded
I love the valet parking for car
The meal and service at the restaurant also the convenience of not having to leave hotel for dinner or breakfast.
The front staff and cleaning staff were very nice and the room was clean and tidy.
The location of the room for a 5 star hotel was not good at all. The reception was on the 5th floor and my room was on the 1st floor. Paying almost $350 a night should have gotten a room with a much better view and not a basement room.

Feels like a city oasis. Close to the action but not too close. Excellent facilities, pool, steam and sauna! attentive staff and the valet parking was a bonus. For business travel this is a great choice. Elegant, affordable luxe.
In true Wellington style.. in the high wind days.. and nights the wind does whistle through the older window joinery!

I actually can't believe I'm admitting this to the whole wide world, but the pasta was so good that I had the same meal every night four nights in a row! And it's not just the food - the staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and friendly as well. The chocolate happy hour is a lovely bonus, too. Can't recommend it highly enough!
