Pros:

I stayed b/c Booking.com made it easy to get the room

Cons:

Roaches, dirty room, ask staff to change all bedding after I took everything off the bed and put on the floor I knew that she didn't give me clean linen b/c I put a slight mark on the tag how do u put dirty sheets back on the bed they have a night staffer that might need training in customer service as well the staffer maybe owner he was nice and tried to make things right

The room smell like moth balls. There was a big cracked in the wall. I asked for a room on the bottom floor due to leg issue. The response I got was I can use elevator that is available. My spouse called front desk later that evening the excuse he got was I went through a third party and asked for double beds. Where there was clearly room vacant on the 1st floor with double beds. She didn't say do you mind getting a single queen bed instead since that was all available on 1st floor

Will never stay here again.
Pros:

The young lady that checked me in was very friendly. That was about it.

Cons:

Property was very dirty and run down looking. Room was terrible. Very dirty, out dated and just bad. Outside door had no working deadbolt and the door security latch was barely hanging on. Bathroom was dirty, floors were dirty, just bad.

I've had two experiences at this location during which bugs were an issue in my room. One time was cockroaches. The second time... I'm honestly not sure what the bugs were. I've never seen anything like it.
