Pros:

Close to the hi-way. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical for choice hotels. Newly refreshed. Staff was nice enough. If you are offended by the smell of fresh flower, stay somewhere else. We are not and it didn't not effect our stay at all. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The renovations recently done were not done all that well. I really appreciate the hotel putting money back into itself but maybe they should have hired a better team of contractors.

Will make it a regular stop travelling back home.
Pros:

Well located with a good restaurant at walking distance for dinner. Quick check-inn and check-out. Staff at reception made me feel welcomed. Very clean room and quiet. Breakfast served at 06:00 was excellent (eggs and sausages were hot and good selection of bread and juices). I must mention that we always need to use a luggage dolly and this one was in excellent shape which is not always the case.

I know this hotel was just under renovations so I did expect a little more from it but I feel like the room was left unf

Was always greeted when walked in
The breakfast food was decent.

Cons:

Breakfast was over too early in my opinion.
Shower curtain rod almost fell on me when I closed it.
Couldn’t get into room had to go to desk 2x and then be given a master key to open the room and was told to hold onto that.
Elevator would start to go down before doors closed

We had a very early flight out in the morning and I was pleased that the staff had already stocked the breakfast well before the formal beginning time of 6 am so we could eat and still get to the airport by 6 am for our flight.

Cons:

The name of the site is very confusing. There are two comfort inns in the Syracuse area. This one is designated Liverpool - North Syracuse and the other is Liverpool-Syracuse. This one is SOUTH of the other one but is titled NORTH Syracuse. Like many others, we went to the wrong one and had to drive all the way back.

We also stayed at this place a few days earlier upon our arrival in Syracuse. At that time, the parking lot was completely full and we had to park in front of the building and the room was in disrepair.

Very clean and amenities very available. The staff that I inter-acted with was very pleasant and professional.

Cons:

The mattress in Room #415 was unfortunately, very uncomfortable. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable as well. However, overall stay was Fantastic.
