The person working the counter late at night was incredibly nice.
Almost everything. This place was gross.
We did not have TV reception during our stay and expected some reimbursement for the lack of service. Instead of inaccurate estimates of being corrected, we were directed to the GM who was reportedly out of town for a wedding. As promised a call when the GM returned, we received no call.

Probabilmente il peggio hotel in cui sia stato nella mia vita.
Struttura del tutto maleodorante; reception praticamente inesistente; stanza sporca, piena di muffa e umidissima; affaccio su un cespuglio orribile di verde, del tutto imbarazzante; cattivo odore presente dappertutto.
Ciliegina sulla torta: il bagno era piccolissimo, sporco, con una vecchissima doccia e il lavabo era collocato al di fuori del bagno. Mai vista una situazione del genere.
In più, la reception non è stata neppure in grado di chiamare un taxi (dovevamo andare in stazione con numerosi bagagli) e siamo riusciti a recuperare i numeri dei taxi a stento on line (trattandosi di una piccola cittadina).
Un incubo.
Nel 2026 strutture come questa andrebbero semplicemente chiuse.

Walls are a bit thin thus could be noisy, especially if your room are close to elevators
The breakfast was just right, would not change a thing. The receptionist after 4pm on Friday and Saturday was not friendly at all but the rest of the staff was great.The bed and pillows were very nice as well.
It didn't make a difference in our stay but it could use some updates such as fresh and brighter paint. Also, a safe in the room could be useful for some guests. Also, better TV channel/program choices would be nice.
Front desk staff was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Acted as if I bothered her to check in!

No tv the hole time
When checking in the time online and in email was 2pm that’s one of the main reasons we chose this hotel but upon Arival they told me that was wrong and it was 3pm. We were there for the R&B concert and drove 4.5 hours to get there wanted to nap and get ready before hand.
The remodeled shower didn’t allow us to pull the lever for the water to come out of the shower head all the way so half the water was going down the bath tub and not out of the shower head

האזור של המלון מפוקפק ומלחיץ להסתובב בחוץ ברגל. ארוחת הבוקר עלובה: רוב הדברים קנויים ומגישים אותם באריזות, הביצים המקושקשות "שחו" במים. המלון מאוד מיושן וקצת קריפי. מכונת הכביסה מלאה עובש במגירה של הסבון. המעליות והרצפות היו מלאות כתמים.
Close to main highway.
The room was very, very musty. Carpet in room felt damp. I informed the front desk, but the girl just looked down and didn’t respond when I shared this at check-out.
Location
Old smelly carpets in the room. The room was very dusty I had to dust through the room again for my comfort as I am highly allergic to dust and animals.
Having to put a towel in the bathtub because it was very slippery to stand. Hard to get into the bed because the beds were high.
