Disgusting
Pros:

There was nothing to like!!!!! Sorry!

Cons:

This is not four star hotel!!!!! Room was very dirty. Hair in bathroom, sheets with stains, bugs crawling on the floor! Breakfast???? Old bread/ bagels and on the top they been serving rotten fruit! One word - disgusting!!!!! And I’m not talking about price what they charged me !

Our stay was fine; convenient location and nice daily breakfast. .
Pros:

The location for our needs was excellent.

Cons:

Our room seemed a little smaller than most and the bathroom sink was right when you stepped in the door (not in with the shower and toilet.)

Cons:

I stay at this hotel whenever I stay in Syracuse and have always had a good experience until my last visit at the end of May. I had a dispute with the front desk woman regarding charges to my room as I was going based off the information her coworker provided me. She was completely rude and disrespectful. Not one ounce of understanding or utilization of problem solving skills or compromise. For my distasteful experience with her, I will no longer book this hotel.

Eh. Not awful.
Pros:

Easy off and onto highway. They had Frosted Flakes at breakfast.

Cons:

Hall smelled bad-3rd floor. Pillows were well used. Lightbulb in lamp burned out when we arrived, but from desk employee quickly brought one up. I picked this place because I thought from the pics the room had hard floors. It had carpet. I may have gotten mixed up as I looked at many places.

I was disappointed at the level of the hotel based on previous stays in similar starred hotels/Inns
Pros:

It was fairly close to the airport.
The restuarnt next door was fantastic for a meal close by.

Cons:

The breakfast did not look great at all, so I went elsewhere to eat.
I booked two separate nights using the booking.com website.
I called the hotel today (June 22, 2026) at 1:31pm and the lady was fantastic and she emailed me the invoice for first night but the second stay three nights later was not sent.
When I phoned back to follow up at 3:01pm (June 22, 2026) the gentleman that took the call was assist and just kept reading random names and then eventually just told me to contact Booking.com, I tried to explain to him that Booking.com directed me to get the invoice from the hotel(but he did not understand me at all), but never the less I contacted Booking .com again and they again said that I should contact the hotel to get the invoice.
And I STILL DON'T HAVE A COPY OF MY INVOICE !!

Pros:

Close to the hi-way. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical for choice hotels. Newly refreshed. Staff was nice enough. If you are offended by the smell of fresh flower, stay somewhere else. We are not and it didn't not effect our stay at all. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The renovations recently done were not done all that well. I really appreciate the hotel putting money back into itself but maybe they should have hired a better team of contractors.
