Bed bugs
When I arrived at my room I could hear that someone was already in it. So I knocked. I had been assigned to an already occupied room that had been reported as having bed bugs. The current occupant was disturbed, as was I, warning me of the bed bugs while packing up their things to leave.

It was good stay but not great.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was small, there was no elevator the steps were a little dirty and the parking lot had a number of pot holes. My first impression was that this motel was run down. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior.
