Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Hard to Reach Reception
Pros:

Great location, welcoming staff, and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, and the kitchen staff was incredibly accommodating. We traveled with our baby and a dog, and while everything went smoothly, we would have expected some dog treats considering the €25 nightly pet fee.

Cons:

I attempted to contact the hotel by phone multiple times throughout the day to reconfirm our baby cot, but I was completely unable to reach the front desk.

Pros:
