Wir hatten über Booking COM zwei Schlafzimmer gebucht! Wir haben nur ein Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer bekommen! Erst sagte uns die Mitarbeiterin, es wäre nichts frei, dann sagte sie, das wäre gar nicht möglich, sowas zu buchen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit war das. Des Weiteren hat die Mitarbeiterin ständig in ihrem Piercing in ihrer Nase rumgefummelt. Auch mit irgendeinem Gerät. Und das während unserer Anmeldung! So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt!

Ok but could have been better with a room not facing the roads
Pros:

Customer service was very good. Breakfast and social hour was ok as well

Cons:

Road noise was very bad especially in the rooms facing the freeway and road. I requested a quite room and it was very load and hard to sleep

The location was perfect near the airport. It had all of the amenities that were needed. My mom and sister are the ones that stayed in the room and they really enjoyed their stay. They said the hospitality was incredible that they were asked many times if there was anything that they needed, and they were given complementary happy hour drinks one for each of them upon arrival and we’re treated very kindly. They loved their room. They said it was very comfortable and they were able to relax. My sister used the pool area said it was nice to have and enjoyed her time by the pool.

I'm not a big coffee drinker, but your was exceptionally good

Cons:

At check-in, Jasmine wasn't the friendliest we've ever encountered. She was very short with questions we asked, like it was a bother. But, everyone has a bad day, so hopefully that was it.

Best Breakfast and Happy Hour
Pros:

The breakfast and happy hour are the only things that makes staying here worthwhile. Miss Jinnitta makes the best omletes and she is so personable, she remembers me and my order every time. Miss Jamie is the best, she remembers me and we chat every time she comes to clean my table. These 2 ladies are what makes me look forward to eating breakfast. I also like the 2 free drinks for happy hour everyday. That's an added bonus to staying here.

The best cook at Embassy
Pros:

Ms. Jamitta is hands down the best cook I’ve experienced at the Embassy Suites. She consistently prepares every order exactly to my standards and always goes above and beyond to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly stand out. On top of that, she has an amazing smile that creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone she serves.

No Complaints Here!
Pros:

Kaysia and her co-workers at the front desk were friendly and very accommodating.

The bathroom was very good- enough towels and toiletries too. The happy hour staff was friendly and responsive and the short order breakfast chef was amazing.

We shall return here when flying in and out of this location. Thank you Embassy Suites!!

Excellent Staff with good Amenities
Pros:

Parking garage, no valet. The shopping mall across the street has a few restaurants but not much shopping. The area seems a bit distressed. The bathroom needs some TLC but overall the room was nice. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed and plenty of seating in the living area. Kitchen area is large and is equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Not many outlets by the bed which travelers have come to expect for charging purposes. Breakfast was well stocked with a variety to fit all wants, with fresh made to order eggs. Evening happy hour was a nice perk. Most of the staff was very friendly and eager to make sure you were having a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness

Cons:

I communicated with property prior to travel and was told in writing shuttle time and to call when arrived at airport, when I called I was told I had missed the time for shuttle yet it was within the time I was given in writing. The gentleman was rude about it, I had to pay to uber to property and when arrived I realized the man behind counter and manager was the same person who I spoke with and was happy to show him the written correspondence received and in fact he was wrong to be rude to me when I was given wrong info from his on site communication board. He of course then changed his attitude and blamed it on staff who responded and offered me a goodie bag with free water, a Hilton perk I’m already privy to. However, I feel like if I would not of had info in writing, he attitude of speaking to me like I’m incompetent would not have changed. After 12 hours of travel with 4 plane delays, and extra expense just to get to my prepaid accommodations, I was sad to embark on poor customer service. Especially being that I travel a lot and love staying at this chain of hotel.
