Great location. Reasonably priced. No frills.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Plenty to eat. Buffet to start and full breakfast on order. Staff very friendly.
Hotel was centrally located, near the train station.
The hotel allowed us to leave our bags there on the day of departure so we could go sightseeing.

Cons:

Hotel was a bit dated.

Posizione centrale a Piccadilly garden a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale dove arriva il treno da aeroporto. Stanza di giuste dimensioni, come il bagno, dotato di vasca con doccino, armandio con buon numero di grucce. Sedia e poltrona. Bollitore con caffè e the. Colazione varia e abbondante.

Cons:

Materasso scomodo.
Bagni senza finestra apribile e ventola non funzionante.
Mancanti ganci per asciugamani.
Non silenziosissimo.
Odore sgradevole in ascensore.

Cons:

. My room was small with a window that opened fromthe top for about 1 .5 inches. But the did put a big fan in room. Noise in corridor partion door banged through the night as its not installed correctly. Room goodish.

Pros:

The central location was great right in the centre of town and near lots of shops, the staff were also excellent and allowed us to use the reception downstairs area to practice our card games before the tournament as well as hang out in.

Cons:

The only thing was that the beds we had in room 207 were very firm beds so was a bit hard to fall asleep but it seems to differ from room to room as our friends said Thier beds were pretty soft in comparison.

Bueno para una noche de paso
Pros:

Ubicación cerca de Piccadilly Station.
Personal amable.
Buen desayuno, con varios tipos a elegir (inglés, continental, vegetariano,etc.) hechos al momento además de zona buffet con café, zumos, cereales, tostadas, embutidos, etc.
Nos dejaron el ventilador encendido antes de llegar por el calor que hacía.
En la habitación hay hervidor con café, leche e infusiones.

Cons:

Hacía mucho calor incluso en la habitación con ventanas ya que estás apenas se pueden abrir.
Los colchones están para cambiar, se notan los muelles y están hundidos.
Hay zonas en los pasillos donde el suelo cruje mucho, esto puede ser molesto para las habitaciones que estén cerca.

OK but look for other options as well
Pros:

Staff was exceptional, professional and friendly. The location is close to everything as is right in the city center.

Cons:

The property doesn't have air condition. It had a fan which still failed to make the place any cooler. The room is heavily dated and there were old stains in the carpet, on the toilet cover and on the walls. It felt very unpleasant to stay in the room as it was dark as well, I only had a tiny window. When I booked I thought price was cheap enough. However on the day, much better rooms in better hotels were even cheaper, and my room was about 30% cheaper if I had booked on the day.
