Pros:

Quarto confortável, banho quente, café da manhã variado. A área do hotel não é boa para pedestres, é perto das rodovias, fica longe do centro, então depende do objetivo da viagem: para mim foi ideal para o que eu precisava, próxima ao centro de eventos do shopping. O restaurante do hotel é bom também.

Cons:

Num geral muito bom, pequenos detalhes de qualidade ruim do secador de cabelo, as toalhas não eram muito macias, o café do café da manhã tinha gosto de queimado

A equipe era atenciosa e simpática. Ficamos na suíte 122 e a conexão com a internet era ruim.
Pros:

O café da manhã era bom, o quarto limpo.

Cons:

A roupa de cama era de algodão, mas era grosseira e áspera. Não havia água mineral de cortesia, nos cobraram quatro reais por um copinho de plástico de água.

Excelente próximo a um shopping center muito bom.
Pros:

Achei surpreendente tudo no hotel, de altíssimo nível, pessoal muito educado, muito bem treinado. Só fiquei surpresa com a localização que não tinha sido muito clara quando olhei no maps. Quarto excelente a vista ótima.

Cons:

Quando fiz a pesquisa pedi um hotel próximo a Viracopos e achei bem distante na verdade, eu acho que a informação ficou falha nesse sentido.
